I am a disabled user of Co-Wheels, apparently they're accusing me of leaving a window down and they think that's a perfectly acceptable excuse to ban me for life, they have been horrible and predatory, just disgusting genuinely.

Shame, because it's actually a really great service and I had no issues previously, just really amazing.

The customer service of co-wheels is, simply, the most effective, quick and friendly of any service provider I deal with. Without exception, every single time they resolve my queries or problems straight away.

Always helpful staff, quick responses, polite customer service. If there is a problem, like the other night someone before me left the vehicle unlocked and something on which left the battery flat, they very quickly sorted another car for me and dealt with it quickly.

I have been a member of Co Wheels and am amazed at the ease of booking a car only when needed. Been using the service for over a year and it has been remarkable. Highly recommend the service.

Went to book a car yesterday and asked to do an annual license recheck. Logged on to DVLA to get a share code and emailed this to Co-Wheels. Received a reply late last night around 1am (I believe there is a night time team who deal with emails) to say share code not working. Got another share code today and have emailed - also phoned but told need to wait for the night team to respond tonight. Bit annoying as trying to book a car for tomorrow. Otherwise, really handy service to book a car, prior to this license recheck process.

Nothing but praise for this company and particularly the excellent customer service it provides. The cars are always clean and in good condition. I've used them for a couple of years and find it a convenient and cost effective alternative to owning a car in an inner city area. Staff are responsive, clear and friendly, never minding answering simple questions and available 24/7. Thank you!

I’ve been using Co Wheels for over a couple months now and have had a pleasant experience up until recently.

The car I hired had engine issues throughout the day, which were initially resolved via a call to the help team. Later that evening, another breakdown occurred, and I had to wait three hours at the roadside for recovery to the local Kwik Fit. I was told the issue would be dealt with from there.

Two days later, I received a phone call asking me to drive the vehicle back to its parking bay. I explained that I was not in the city and therefore would not be able to do that, and probably wouldn't have said yes either way.

This was not the level of customer service I expected, especially as I was told, “That’s what I hoped you wouldn’t say,” on the phone call. The vehicle breaking down is not my fault, and it had already caused significant issues throughout the day. Given that I was provided with a car that wasn't fit for purpose and never got to my destination with no refund in sight, I would encourage you to review it to ensure a better service experience for your customers.

Quick, prompt responses to queries and always helpful when needing assistance. Very polite and efficient team

I have cancelled my membership today after a series of poor experiences and a shocking interaction with their customer support.

While the concept of the club is great, the execution is falling apart. Over my last three bookings, I have consistently received cars that were filthy (muddy interiors, trash left behind) and heavily damaged (large dents).

However, the reason I am leaving is the attitude of the support team.

I reported a serious issue with a vehicle (NJ74 ZKX) where the rotary gear selector was physically jammed with sticky residue, making it difficult to turn the dial to Drive or Reverse. This was a mechanical obstruction and a genuine safety hazard during manoeuvres.

When I raised this pattern of poor maintenance, the "Senior Team" offered a pitiful £10 credit. Worse, when I explained the safety implication of a sticking gear dial, the agent (Rachel) condescendingly replied:

"Also this vehicle is an automatic so it wouldn't switch gears, it would just be drive/reverse/park."
I am fully aware of how an automatic car works. To be patronised when reporting that the control dial was physically stuck due to lack of cleaning is unacceptable.

Co-wheels expects you to pay premium prices to act as their unpaid fleet inspector, drive dirty cars, and then get spoken down to when you report legitimate safety concerns. Avoid.

I've needed to contact your amazing staff lot lately (4-5 weeks) as my App was playing up.(I've now downloaded a new version)
Thyme have been helpful in bookings and swapping cars and in taking new card details.

I signed up for Co Wheels the day before my girlfriend’s birthday and ran into an issue with my verification. With plans already made, I was worried we’d have to cancel and that her birthday morning would be ruined.

Whitney from customer service was absolutely amazing. She jumped in straight away, fast tracked my verification within minutes, and kept me updated the whole time. What could’ve been a stressful evening turned into a huge relief thanks to her.

Because of Whitney’s help, everything went perfectly and I’ll now be using Co Wheels exclusively going forward. It’s rare to find customer service like that – she genuinely saved the day

I used the service for a few months and found it very easy to set up and book cars. I had to call support once as a car wouldn't start - a nearby replacement was found immediately and another time to change my subscription - very quick to respond and sort out.

USE ENTERPRISE INSTEAD Dont bother wasting your time impossible to set up driver profile.app is terrible once puctures rejected cant upload new ones 20 emails later still not set up how there in business is beyond me give 1 star because cant give no stars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS tried for 3 days to set up does not work.

Helpfully sorted out my problem. I always like the friendly style of Co Wheels staff.

The support staff for Co Wheels are an awesome bunch. They're quick to respond and helped me sort out issues with my account. Gives me a lot of confidence to stick with Co Wheels as my preferred car club. Shoutout to Bobbie-leigh, she was amazing!

I used Co-Wheels for around three months and the service was generally fine at first.

Then I received a PCN that I wanted to dispute. Instead of giving me the chance to challenge it, Co-Wheels charged me a £25 “admin fee” and then took the full PCN amount directly from my account. I only got one email about this (which went to junk), and when I called twice to get clarity, I got no proper explanation.

Overall, really poor customer service and no resolution offered. I won’t be using them again.
