Used this service to get me and a bunch of my Rugby team to our away match in Bath. Everything went smoothly and had a great chat with the driver. Loved the coach that arrived too.

Arranged a minibus and a small v class for a day trip to Oxford from this company. The vehicles were modern and comfortable, ideal for our small groups. The driver was friendly and accommodating, suggesting great spots to visit. A fantastic service that made our day out even more enjoyable!

I used Coach Scanner to provide a coach to and from the Grand National back in April. From point of booking until the day of the races, the services provided was top class.

Fantastic service for our airport drop off & pick up, flight delayed & company made sure our transport home wasn’t effected. Very helpful & will be using this firm for future occasions.

We used Coachscanner to book our coach for our wedding. We had to postpone our wedding from October 2020 to October 2021 and Coachscanner were happy to move our booking. HOWEVER, in September 2021 when I tried to organise paying the final balance, I couldn’t contact the company their number went out of service and didn’t respond to my emails. I found a number at the bottom of the my booking form for the coach operator. This was based in YORKSHIRE (the wedding was in Kent!). The coach operator was so kind and informed me that Coachscanner had dissolved and they themselves were waiting for payment back in 2019. Thankfully I found Chalkwell coach company and booked with them. BUT THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING I received an email from Dan, director of Coachscanner, asking for payment ASAP for the booking!! My husband spoke to Dan and explained we had booked with another company because Coachscanner were so unreliable. Dan did apologise and said he would refund our deposit - however it’s been nearly a week and no refund. We don’t want the money back now as we feel it was a blessing in disguise, but want to warn others to avoid this company at all costs - if I could leave no stars I would. Awful company.

Absolutely socking company. Arranged a stag night using these as transport however, after a late arrival from the coach to pick us up and absolutely no communication from them as to when they might be arriving, we had to get taxis to huge expense. Trying to get a refund for the return journey and the company ceased to communicate and simply left us hanging. Save your money and use someone else or go with a more reputable company - and always deal with the coach provider direct. Give Coach Scanner a miss! It's not worth it!

My trip was cancelled due to the ongoing crisis around COVID-19. Dan was on hand to help us rearrange our trip to Pontins, Skegness to a later date. Dan's assurance's that should the issues affect this new trip, it would be no issue to again rearrange, alleviating all the stress.

I thought I knew customer service, then I met Dan.

Superb experience! I received regular correspondence with Dan amongst the current uncertainties surrounding the Covid outbreak. At first we had fears our trip may be cancelled, but due to regular communication we were thrilled to hear it could be completed and from there on the we had a great experience, being picked up and arriving at our destination on time and in comfort. Will be using again and recommending to friends!

Were very professional considering the current climate and difficulty organising group travel.

I have booked a coach with them from Manchester for approximately £1200 to attend a public event in London. Due to the corona outbreak, the police in London recommended to cancel the event and it was cancelled. Coachscanner was uncooperative and they did not offer any refund at the beginning. After many calls they offered us only 10% of the price. I wished I had dealt with the operater directly as I think they would have been more helpful. I will never book with them again and recommend to deal with other dealers!

We booked a coach to attend an event in London. Unfortunately, it cancelled as per government recommendation in response to the spread to corona virus. Coach Scanner did not show any consideration for the circumstances and despite the cancellation of the trip we had to pay 90% of the original price.

Book with coach scanners in November last year for a booking on 19th January this year for my Dads 75th birthday for 14 people.Totally ruining our evening.
The coach never turned up at all after trying numerous times to ring the number on the confirmation form we managed to speak to the firm to be told that they never accepted the booking from coach scanner.
On Monday morning having contacted coach scanner they said they had already paid the coach company for our booking which turned out to be a complete lie.
I would not not recommend this company to my worst enemy & will never ever use again

Paid for a coach on coachscannners and it was the cheapest one I found, had leather seats and a great driver! Would recommend it!
