CobraGarden Reviews

Delivery was as promised.
Item was as described and works well.
Construction of the device, a lawn spreader, was far from easy, but eventually went together ok.

Delivery was well communicated and arrived as scheduled. The wood chipper was well packaged and was easy to assemble. Unexpectedly there was 600ml of oil included. It has been very good in use. struggles with 75mm branches and if only spindly branches with a lot of leaves are put through it tends to clog up but easy clean out with the hinged feed. The only 'complaint' is the oil input being almost horizontal. All things considered a very good piece of kit for the price.

Every step of the process was 1st Class. Spoke with product adviser & their input was genuinely very informative. I was advised to go for a cheaper option based on my requirements. Arrived within 24 hours & delighted all round. As only been using the mower for a month can not testify to durability but the price/quality/performance value has exceeded all expectations. Excellent.

Easy transaction,excellent product,quick.delivery

Had a slight issue with delivery co, but a phone call to the dispatchers was dealt wigh quickly and efficiently and parcel received nexf day.

All good great mowers

Great service as I ordered the wrong part (my fault) but a quick phone call and the replacement part and collection of the wrong part was completed in 48hours.

Fast delivery and easy to deal with

I ordered the Cobra IG20si generator online and it arrived the following day, free of charge. The CobraGarden website also provided with a local service agent. Great service.
The generator is a good compact design and works brilliantly. As with other reviews, the oil filler position is a little tricky but I had been made aware and patience dealt with it. Many thanks for a great product and prompt delivery

Really pleased with the service. Ordered a Cobra mower early Monday evening with next-day delivery, received confirmation straight away and it was dispatched the following day and delivered on Wednesday. They also included details of our local Cobra dealer should we ever need servicing or warranty support, which was a nice touch.

Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery, and we're really pleased with the mower too. Would happily use them again.

Cobra is now my go to supplier. The Equipment is well made and works superbly. I bought a VX blower and it is fantastic. It has 5 speed levels and the Power!!!!! Wow. Batteries last well.

From making my order till delivery was quick. Free delivery as well you cannot beat that.

Ordered on Tuesday, delivered on Wednesday, grass cut on Thursday morning. That’s what I call a great result !

Generally a speedy service…the day of delivery 9-12 then didn’t arrive until 4pm!

Excellent lawnmower, better than other rotary mowers I have used at a similar price.

Easy website to use and very quick delivery many thanks
