I ordered 2 things on the line, which showed as in stock, and they accepted my payment. I then received emails informing me that both were actually not in stock. So, don’t think this is very good, won’t be buying from them again.

Many are I’m aware that a coffee addiction is expensive and a huge learning curve, I say expensive because of the waste in getting the correct grind and flow. Starting I tried loads of companies and changing my coffee every month, trying to get the flavour I want but every change of coffee means a change of settings.
Coffeelink has it all, a great selection, a great service with great support. Why would I want to go elsewhere.

Update...AFTER COFFEELINK REPLIED I EMAILED THEM FOR THE REPLACEMENT BAG AND THEY DIDN'T BOTHER REPLYING!!

I have bought 1kg bags on subscription for some time, using the same Peruvian Cafe Feminino beans. A few weeks ago one bag of brand were much lighter than normal and had issues getting a decent cup from them. I sent Coffeelink an email with a photo and they said they would send a complimentary bag with my next order. They sent me a 50g sample bag which I am naturally displeased about as I tried to reject what they sent me. I sent two chaser emails since with no reply and have sadly decided to cancel my subscription until then acknowledge this.

Of reference my grinder is an EK43S (Turkish Burrs) and had to change my grind setting from 3.5 to 1.75 to get a decent espresso!

Normally a 5* service but let down by a packaging malfunction this time.
Unfortunately the bag seal was faulty and on removing the bag from the box there was a significant spillage on the kitchen floor. Never happened before but I’ll be wary in future!
