They will perform a few transactions for you to believe, then after earning your trust then boom THEY SCAM YOU.

I strongly advise you not to do business with them... I was trying to transfer money from my account to another cofred account using a cofred voucher and typed the email address incorrectly, but the money had already been deducted from my account, so I complained to their office to see if they could help revert the transaction, but nothing has been done... Please do not trust Cofred; as you can see, their negative reviews on this site outnumber their positive reviews, which should be the first indicator that you should not trust them.... I feel terrible about referring folks to this website. Once they revert the transaction will be back here to let y'all know

Three days ago I signed up for a virtual card, still no in my personal account. Maybe, of course, it's the weekend, I'll wait. Hopefully, as the person below said, just a long processing time. Let's hope that my card will appear in my personal cabinet)

The company is not a scam, some customers don't just have the patience to trust the process. Just take your time with them and your order will be processed. Dont be too much in a hurry to come to write a bad review. I have been working with the company for years now and they don't seem to be scammers to me, most times my orders are processed instantly while other times, they can be slow. So far So Good! and I won't say they are scammers! Its far from it.

Oh how I wish we could get someone at cofred to arrest?
Scammers and fraudsters, you can deposit but you can withdraw. It's such a shame that upon all these years people don't know these people are this wicked.
God will punish you if you don't stop deceiving people.

Operations have stopped on their site and app

After depositing money into my Cofred account so that I can load my virtual card, the system tells me 'Unable to complete your request at the moment! Please try again after some time.' Now that money is stuck in your system, since you know that your system is not working, why is it that if it's deposit, it will work but nothing can be done once you take the money.
What I wanted to buy online, you have delayed the purchase and you have also lay hold of my money, and you are not willing to give me back my money.
I sent you an email for the past three days, no response.
When will I get my money back?

I wrote a review about Cofred and it was replied the same date thanks to Trustpilot possibly because it was not a positive review. Some 3 days later the smaller amount of 50Ghana cedis was recieved. On 26th Feb. My account was blocked. Come 10th March I have recieved a mail saying the 700Ghana Cedis transaction is processing. I am yet to receive that amount though. The guys at Cofred know that I was a great fun but not a blind patron.
In their reply to my review, Cofred assets that their Kasoa Office was closed down around the same time as Menzgold.
I want to find out from them, if they ever informed any customer, by any means, about this closure because i think that is what companies do if for any reason they have to close down an office or move to a new location.
On the question of whether i sent a mail to them, the answer is: I so did. On 2nd. february 2021 I sent a mail to support but till date i haven't recieved any reply to that mail. And beyond the mails, i have tried severally to call all the contacts both in Nigeria and in Ghana to no effect.
If you want to do the right thing and things work as they used to, some of us are still willing to go with you but as they stand now, I cannot recommend Cofred to anyone.

For over a month now, a transfer of over 100 dollars (cedi Equivalent) to from my cofred account to my MTN momo account has not been effected. I followed up to their supposed Kasoa Office and found them no where in at the giving address. In fact the office in Kasoa is non existent. i am so much disappointed in these guys. it such people who drag the name of Nigeria into disrepute

They used to be legit but now they're just plain Fraudsters. They never give you a chance to withdraw your money not do they respond to any messages. Just why??. Do you feel happy scamming and frustrating people?. You'll have taste of your medicine oneday.

Please don't fall for this, they were once a legit site you could rely on. But as am speaking the company is now a fraud. I transferred funds from my paypal account to my cofred account on Februray this year, uptill now they have blocked all access for me to withdraw my money. Just imagine from February to the end of the year and nothing has been done. All their support lines are not working, they don't reply to emails or anything. DON'T DO ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH THEM IF YOU'RE ABOUT TO. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS. BIG TIME SCAMMERS.

I have being using Cofred for 5 years now and they have never failed me their service is great

I made payment for my dstv subscription compact plus using cofredpay on Tuesday 24 Nov 2020 with the view of watching the champions league matches. As I write this message today Saturday 28th the payment is still processing after several communications with cofredpay. Whoever is in charge should know that he or she is destroying the reputation of the company since I will not recommend it to anyone. For the customer service the least said about them the better. They will not tell you the challenges they are having. All they tell you is that your transaction will be approved. What actually is the problem?

Why is cofred doing this i have transfer money from cofred account to my mobile money wallet about 5 hours now it is still on pending and i tried calling your support center no one is answering the calls and why is it have to happen this way though this is my first time using this site and i am having this bad experience and i am in need of the money urgently!
