I am an elderly disabled hard of hearing person. I called the store at 12:00 to inquire if they had a certain item in stock before I made an online order so I didn’t waste my time. The person who answered the phone would not speak above a whisper. After asking several times for him to please speak up I asked for a manger. He said no, I then asked to be transferred to a different employee, he then hung up on me. I called back and asked his name, I think he said Amir. When I asked him to speak louder he hung up on me AGAIN!!! tried calling back several times and went straight to voice mail. I found out my number was blocked because I used a different phone and got right through. When I got through I immediately asked for a manager. After hesitantly giving me what they said was a manager I very politely asked for HER NAME. She asked what the problem was as I wanted to tell her about my earlier experience. I again just said may I please know who am I speaking to, she then again said what’s the problem, I once more asked for her name, her next response was “WHAT ARE YOU R-T—R-E” and proceeded to HANG UP ON ME AND QUICKLY BLOCK MY HUSBANDS NUMBER AS WELL. When I called the complaint line they of course would not give me the name of the owner or the general manager. Never being told the name of the so called manager I can’t properly report HER and it will be easy for her to deny the allegations unless the call was recorded. If I knew I WAS GOING TO BE CALLED THAT VILE DISGUSTING SLUR I WOULD HAVE RECORDED THE CALL MY SELF. So here we have the Cold stone in Kentlands MD who has employees who refuse to help someone who is hard of hearing and a manager who was on duty on June 21 at 1:00 who refuses to give her name, CALLS A CUSTOMER VILE SLURS, HANGS UP ON CUSTOMER AND THEN BLOCKS PHONE NUMBERS. I WANT ALL OF GAITHERSBURG TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF EMPLOYEES WORK HERE AND TO NEVER ENTER THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS. I AM SHAKING AND CRYING TO BE CALLED SUCH A FOUL DISGUSTING SLUR. I SERIOUSLY CANNOT BELIEVE IT.

I want this store called out publicly for HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT

Follow up: I was told by general manager that she was having a bad day. WHAT? A bad day, no matter what kind of day I have ever had that word wouldn’t even be in my vocabulary. She told me employee was let go only to find out a little while later that was a lie. So yes they still have employees calling their customers that vile disgusting slur, all this because I asked her name!!

Screw cold stone. They’re mad stingy and overcharged the hell out of my small chocolate peanut butter. There’s absolutely no reason a small ice cream cone should be 10$. Never going back again. I’m starting g a petition to shut down coldstone nation wide. Please support. Venmo Joshua-Guerriero-1 all proceeds go to paying my enermous for this experience.

Visted the Norton Shores, Michigan store on Henry. Noticed the ice cream glass cabinet had excessive hand prints like it had not been washed in weeks. Also, the top of the display had a layer of grease and dust. So much dust and grease that a finger could write out clearly a date and request to be cleaned. Later, 3 of us 4 got sick and this was the only thing that was common between us that we all ate that day. Also, the mop board tiles are broken. It smells burnt inside. The place is just dirty and needs better management. Next time I will go to the frozen yogurt place across the street. Cold Stone Creamery in Muskegon (Norton Shores) Michigan is NASTY DIRTY!!!!

"I had a horrific experience at this Cold Stone franchise today. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly rude and disrespectful. When I was trying to decide on an order, she snapped at me, saying I should know what I want instead of wasting their time. Things only got worse from there. When I asked her name, she refused to tell me and literally told me to leave the store, saying customers like me weren't needed. I was shocked and humiliated by her behavior. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of any confusion or questions I may have. Cold Stone needs to address this kind of behavior and train their staff to provide decent customer service. Until then, I'll be taking my business (and my ice cream cravings) elsewhere." I been to cold stone in other countries and this 1 was the worst ever, there did even have the everything on the menu which other cold stones have and the mixing was terrible and gave me a cold that was sitting out on the counter in the sun I rather wait and get and it when I'm on holiday then go back there again, + place was dead so explain why

I stopped ordering from these clowns a while back because I was constantly getting orders significantly shorted or missing items... Looks like some things never change... Yesterday I ordered a large bowl of cookies and creme via GH and there was hardly any actual oreo cookie in it... In fact, half the ice cream had no oreo at all (it was just plain vanilla ice cream), and the other half had just oreo residue with no visible pieces of actual oreo cookie... Wow... Really? This place is apparently under new ownership, but as far as I can tell nothing has changed for the better... In fact, it's kinda gotten worse... GH gave me a partial refund, and the shop manager offered me a replacement, but then the manager later partially reneged and refused to deliver it as originally ordered... This is the kind of abusive retail behavior that makes me sick... These vendors just like to see how far they can push customers before they actually push back... They never account for the customers time and experience that was wasted or otherwise diminished by their abusive retail behaviors... 🙄🤮

Great variety of Ice Cream options that taste really great and loved by my nieces and nephew. Staff were super friendly and helpful! Only feedback, ensure cones are always fresh and don’t become stale. Overall, great experience!

I enjoyed strawberry ice cream in waffle cone. It looks just so so ice cream, but it tasted amazing! It was very creamy and good!

I thought the cake had buttercream on outside. it has this nasty bettercream that leaves this nasty grease coating in your mouth
And my cake melted within 30 min on a 12 degree day. The girl said the nasty cream melts within 20 min. Even though i made the mistake i couldnt eat it because of the grease coating it leaves in your mouth. Cant believe people eat that. I returned and owner was very rude, wouldnt return money but did exchage for another cake. Will never go to coldstone again. Stopped going in the first place because its to expensive. Thought this would be a nice gift for husband on valentine's day.

Best ice cream ever! I love its creaminess and loads of extra toppings to my Double dutch ice cream! Not to mentioned the hefty amount of servings!! My stress pill!

Probably the best Ice cream you'll ever have.
They prepare it on a (I guess :D ) a cold stone, best thing is you can choose allllll the topics you love! Then they crush them and mix them in your favorite Ice cream! Loved it so much! Really sad there isn't a store in Germany :(

I had a delicious cake batter shake at the location in Maple Grove, MN! And at a good price, too! Bathrooms were clean, and the rest of the place was, too! Keep it up! The only problem is that the blender is really loud, but I understand that that can't be helped.
