Collectors Prints Reviews

This company does what it says it will and keeps you informed along the way - very positive and just made my second purchase through them!

Very good service the picture frame came with a chip in it I contacted them and they got it re picked up and sorted with in 10 days very good would highly recommend

Fab service.
Great price and fast delivery.
Just what we were after. Thanks!

Pleased with the picture, delivered within the agreed time frame, packaged well. Would recommend.

Excellent service. A lady from Collectors Prints phoned to tell me when the print was due to be dispatched, and when I asked if there was anyway it could be sent earlier as it was a birthday present, she was very obliging and arranged for this to happen. The print was then delivered in time for the birthday. It was extremely well packaged and was professionally mounted and framed. We were very impressed with the quality of the picture and also the customer care. Would definitely recommend.

Prompt delivery considering we are in lockdown. Great customer service, with a call prior to delivery to advise me of the date. My print arrived in pristine condition and had plenty of protective packaging to keep it safe on the journey. Would & have recommended Collectors Prints for future purchases. Excellent!

Great service, great comms, great price, delay in delivery due to publishing house but kept up to date throughout, extremely well packaged (needs to be these days with the way couriers throw things around) couldn’t be happier and throughly recommend.

Placed an order on Monday for a piece of Art, Got confirmation email, Payment was taken ect. Then Wednesday at 15.30pm got a phone call to tell me the piece had sold out. How the hell can this happen, apart from these being slow in processing orders.
NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!
you should not send confirmation emails until it is actually confirmed that the item is fully available !!!!!

Great company. Got my package in prompt time. Not 5 stars due to the delayed responses I received.

The service was fantastic especially as they got it out to me in less than a week framed in time for Christmas. The only downside was that I was unable to track the delivery so it was left outside for 2 days. No harm done and would definitely use them again

Beautiful picture, extremely well packaged. Great company to buy from, highly recommend.

Great service, helpful over email, contact me via phone to communicate, matched a frame perfectly with one I brought previously. Well packed, good price, arrived when promised. All in all would buy again from this supplier.

Excellent communication and package arrived safely. The artwork itself looked even better than on the website!

Excellent service. the order was really well packaged too many thanks

I ordered a print, which was very easy to do and was kept informed of it's progress throughout. The print arrived expertly packaged and sooner than expected.

I would definitely recommend Collectors Prints and will definitely use them again.

Well packed, good quality service.

I have always bought from this company- from start to finish it is always a smooth experience with amazing products

Shopped around for a particular print and found it online on Collectors Prints web page. This was the first purchase of this kind I had made from an art point of view. It was a great price and efficient service given it was just before Christmas. My email enquiries re delivery were answered swiftly and courteously. The print arrived as stated, incredibly well packaged and perfect. Thank you

Well packaged delivery, arrived when expected. very happy with service

So happy with my purchase! Did take a while (3 weeks) before I got any correspondence back to say about dispatch but otherwise very happy would definitely recommend
