Hiring Mark Simon was a major mistake. I ended up doing a significant amount of the actual legal work myself -handling research, tracking my own case, and constantly fighting to push it forward because his communication and follow-through were virtually nonexistent. Instead of advocating for me, he aggressively pressured me to dismiss my case-a push I firmly believe stemmed from his complete lack of preparation and effort. I have three XL binders of documented evidence that thoroughly corroborate every detail of this review and track the mishandling of my file. When I raised legitimate concerns about his fees and conduct, he refused to make any reasonable effort to resolve the dispute. His unacceptable questionable actions forced me to file a formal fee dispute and submit an official complaint with the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel (OARC).Mark Simon's performance was unacceptable and I would give him negative five stars if possible. I am considering sharing my documented experience publicly across social media to warn others and ensure full accountability. Do not hire Mark Simon.
