I used to love this app but constant bans AFTER PAYING $ without any cause is just crazy. So mad because I just want to color

This app banned me without any explanation at all. You cannot talk to an actual person, it’s all generic automated responses and so I’m left to believe that I was banned because I was simply too good for the app. All of my art work received thousands of likes each and every item. Can i just plssssss JUST PLS let me stop getting banned!? I've had Colorfy for almost my entire life just coloring and supporting others, inspiring others, and helping others AND MAKING FRIENDS!!! But! People just get so annoyed with the easiest things like- Colorfy should banned the right person/user. And im not being Adductive here but can Colorfy be an amazing color app here? Instead of the creators ruining it? Cuz i've had 6 banned accounts over nothing but PEOPLE getting after me over NOTHING. So may i asked...can you creators stop banning the wrong users- or NOT BANN AT ALL HERE?

I've been banned for almost 2 1/2 years and I have done everything i can to get unbanned. I understand and acknowledge what i did but 2 years is especially crazy. People on this app get mad or upset about little things and report you, all i did was tell this girl that she needed to stop saying that other peoples art sucked, and she reported me. I did nothing wrong and yet she is still able to post and comment while i sit here unable to do those things. I am very disappointed and upset about this situation.

This is Sheri Hall, I’m the person mentioned is Scott Mattsons post in August. So far this year I have paid you folks almost $150. Not once in the past 5 years have I done anything to get myself banned. I have been banned several times in the past five years. It is now January 2, 2023, and Im still banned and have been this way for several months. I am 65 and disabled and on Social Security disability pay which isn’t much. I don’t deserve to be treated this way, nobody does. Please reinstate me. I’m trying to be kind let’s just say I’m extremely unhappy, you’ve basically stolen my money for no reason on multiple occasions not only this year but several times since 2017, on no occasion have I deserve this I have done nothing wrong. I have paid you now please deliver the service I've paid for. ~Sheri

Hello I’m wondering why you banned me. I have read the rules and I don’t see any I fractions on my part. I do know that your program has banned many users for no good reason. I’ve talked with some of them and we don’t understand what’s going on. Another user and I have contacted Apple and told them of the situation.

Apple was very curious about the banning and they were concerned that you are charging an extra $39 fee to reconnect user’s they said they were looking into the app from their end. Please unban the users you have banned unfairly. I told Apple you have had a lot of problems with the App and that you are probably not treating your subscribers this way intentionally. Please Check Sheri Halls account you have banned her recently. She paid the $39 fine three times this past weekend and you still have banned her.

I feel like I need to give a more objective review. I’ve been a subscriber for years! At least 4. Some truths and falsehoods about these reviews.
TRUE You get banned for no reason.
TRUE Customer service is non existant. It’s nearly impossible to get in touch via email, telephone, let alone talk to someone.
TRUE If you reinstall the app, you lose all your previous art from your library. BUT it’s still under Published and they tell you in their FAQs.
TRUE You can only get to ‘Most Loved’ if you boost, which costs extra or if you have a large following, BUT only kids care about that.
TRUE They say it’s an adult app, but it’s mostly kids or teens.
TRUE There’s drama; it’s mostly kids.
FALSE You get sucked into the drama. NOT if you’re an adult. The only way to talk to anyone is by leaving a comment on a drawing. Every comment can be deleted by the user.
TRUE Users can upload and share any drawing they want, hence the pornography, but it is advertised as an ADULT app.
FALSE There’s a lot of pornography. In four years, I haven’t seen any. The only way to see someone’s drawing is by following them or going in Get inspired.
FALSE The drawings are bad. Not true, there’s a great selection, plus you can upload any picture or create your own mandalas.
If you’re worried about your children, it’s like with any other app out there, they should be supervised.

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?!
ive been on the app for like a week with 1 or 2 followers and ive eben banned. WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY ART. im literally not posting porn or bad stuff, just coloring the pictures on the app. does anyone know how to get unbanned? or do you know why i was banned in the first place?

PLEASE FIX THE BANNING EVERYTIME I JOIN BACK. ITS GETTING ANNOYING. Like, the first time I ever go onto my new account I see that I got banned!!! So stop that! Please!

Ok, this is one of the worst games you could get for coloring- I’ve literally been banned 47 times now for no good reason- I’ve only had the app for freaking 1 year 😳, so if y’all could fix that please do. Second off, the game sucks you in. This isn’t really the creator’s problem but a bunch of lonely people are on the app and spend most of their time on it (but I meaannn you do you boo) by either way- if you try to leave or get attached to people who like your picture in the daily or just- interact with your “followers” they plead you not to leave for a while or stuff like that… which leads us to the next problem. 3rd: I’m sorry Colorfy that I’m calling you on all this- please don’t completely delete the app I’ve met some new and interesting people on it. But yes, uhm so if there is somebody saying suicidal things or if you are (hoping your not) then- your going to usually get banned or get spammed basically. It gives you the hotline thing on iPads (idk about anything else this is just my experience from playing on iPad without ever subscribing) and it doesn’t usually go away when you reload the entire app. These are major problems and any good reports are lies. Abt 11 months ago there was a huge “ban wave” as we call it in the app if anybody from there is still using it like me ;—; it literally banned everybody who practically commented which is partially how I got banned so often. You could look at most of my old accounts and almost all of the names are “banned” “brb banned” “ih8thisapp🤬” stuff like that. Another problem I found another problem this morning although I feel like I’ve already said it in my rant, but just in case, I was banned again so I made a new account (I was on a 27 day streak of not getting banned o-O) so I went to go to somebody’s profile but it said I didn’t have a secure connection or something! I had 3full bars of wifi! If these could all please get fixed I would be SOOOO GRATEFUL! SO PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS!…

I have been in colorfy app for nearly 4 yrs and as a paid subscriber I have spent a lot but to only been mistreated. I always obeyed their rules and they banned me 5 times with no explanation. I tried so many ways to contact support team and never got a response. They have terrible support. They are always banning their customers also , not just me. It happens everyday to people. I’ll never come back to this app unless they can fix things up. If anyone comes to this app you will be banned eventually for no good reason or explanation. Don’t spend your money.

I just got banned and I did nothing. I had over 600 followers and was getting really popular on the app. Colorfy can't keep banning people just because they got reported. People probably reported me because they were jealous.

It is all about the money ... NOT GOOD ART Pay money to boost an ugly pic and get most loved. Most loved pics are some of the ugliest. Lazy imported and children post selfies.

I actually love coloring here but will unsubscribe if they do not remove the members who continue to download pornographic material and communicate innapropriately with the yonger members. This has been going on and they refuse to take any action so far to protect the children. Beware

I have lost four years worth of artwork, loves, and unable to comment. Nobody can see my artwork. Like Liberty, I am a subscriber, of four years. I am unable to restore my account to full function and not able to get satisfactory response from a human being, thus not able to work things out. I do not understand how to use Facebook and I’m not technically savvy. I’m left extremely frustrated and disappointed. I have loved using this app.

This is a scam app. It tricks young users into paying subscription. I would go so far to say this program prays on people who has little technical know how. It's predatory and down right criminal!

This company has been charging my bank $8.65 per week since May of 2018 without my knowledge.

How dare you run your business this way, where you offer a free app to a kid and suddenly charge for it and hope the parents don’t notice.

Horrible business, I will trash you publicly to everyone I know.

This used to be a great app, now it’s dreadful. It allows the uploading and publishing of pornography and doesn’t nothing to remove it. It encourages gambling and is only interested in getting as much money out of you as possible. Avoid at all costs.

totally a scam, i clicked the wrong button once and was forced to pay for 2 months of subscription for a sh1tty drawing app. absolutely surprised that this kind of business can be legal

This company do not have clear indication and kids just go with free trials and then this Apple Store App starts charging subscription fee. This is a cheap trick by this and many such company. Apple is equally responsible for this. Such apps should clearly display a warning message saying this free trial will follow the weekly subscription of £xx.xx amount.
Stay away from such apps.
