Couldn’t supply the sofa we ordered and had to fight to get money back. Would def not use again. So glad we ordered through PayPal and had the security of getting our money back

Does not deserve the one star for a start!
Different trade name “bed and sofa warehouse” all the same people,
My sofa arrived with two holes, covered in mud and feet smashed and scuffed, left mud all over my walls, first of all they promised to send out feet first class (never arrived) secondly they arranged for exchange of corner sofa and footstool, drivers arrived with wrong part of the sofa, so had to wait another two weeks for correct part to be delivered, again wrong part, back was a completely different colour and I got told what’s your problem you can just put cushions and no one should notice!! In the 8 weeks this has been going on I’ve asked for a refund several times, to be told no chance, finally when they arrived with yet again the wrong part of the sofa I kept drivers here and called the company they agreed to refund me and I got them to confirm it in writing so I had proof as I was worried they would go back on their word, THEY DID!! they are now telling me I shouldn’t have refused the part they brought even though it didn’t match and I won’t be getting h a refund, so here I am with a holey sofa smashed feet and nearly 1000 out of pocket! Avoid like the plague BOGUS COMPANY!

Scam. Bad customer service no reply for 2 months ! Don't trust any scam websites with comfyy sleep logo because u will end up sleeping on floor !

Absolutely terrible company, still fighting 5 weeks on to sort my issue and they had the cash 5 weeks ago!!!!

Trying to sort complaints procedure now and will be taking this much further - do not deal with this company or any others assocaited to them with different names

Horrendous company after extensive contact to get a pink double bed for my daughter we agreed on colour price etc the bed got delivered and was nothing at all like they said it would be it isn’t even pink it’s more like a dirty brown colour, absolutely awful! Tried contacting the company was blocked on Facebook have to ring a million times when you eventually get hold of them they are horrendous rude cocky and arrogant won’t replace the bed and won’t give a refund! I would avoid this company at all costs!!

This company also trade under several other names one being Bargain Beds on Facebook. I bought the Hilton king size bed with mattress from this company. I went to the showroom to see the beds in person and they looked good, however, on delivery found that the bed frame is of poor quality. The bed slats are made of planks of wood that are held together with a strip of fabric stapled to the wood. That then just sits on top of the frame. There is no way of fixing the slats down so they move under the mattress. Also the frame was uneaven length on both sides meaning that there are big gaps at the top and bottom of the bed where the slats don't rest.

When I tried leaving feedback on the Facebook page they deleted and blocked my posts.

If you are happy buying cheap and getting cheap then that's fine but I feel everyone should know what they are buying prior to making that decision.
