Ordered a bed & mattress outstanding service. Rang me half hour before delivery and the bed is stunning, quality it's amazing very heavy mattress is unreal had the best sleep ever.

Brilliant service!
We had ordered our sofa on Monday and it arrived today (Saturday)! We were given a time slot for delivery of 1-4 and it arrived promptly at 1.30, customer service that we received was amazing and we absolutely love our new bishop xl u shaped sofa. Can’t wait to order our new bed too! Thank you ☺️

Outstanding, great customer service when we were deciding what to order. U shape sofa is stunning. I was dubious about ordering as I don't know the company and didn't want to be scammed out of money. The small deposit I was able to pay by PayPal and then cash on delivery. They made it to measure and delivered within two weeks. We got a notification the day before delivery to confirm a time frame for the next day, delivery was made, and the sofa is womderful, its well made. I can't recommend them enough.

Absolutely over the moon with my sofa, from start to finish they were so helpful and delivered within a few days custom made to the colour I wanted. Service was brilliant and the delivery drivers were also brilliant kept me upto date and really careful bringing it in. They were both smiley and polite. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Sofa is brilliant quality aswell can’t believe the cost for such a high quality sofa.

Terrible customer service

Quality of the bed is fine. Unfortunately the customer service has been terrible. At first it started well. They delivered on time. However, their assembly team noticed that the footboard was damaged and advised me to speak to head office to replace it. Which I did immediately. It has now taken about a month and several phone calls to replace. Eventually they came and the delivery person who was to assemble it was so annoyed that he had to remove and assemble the footboard even although that is what I had paid for. When I became adamant that I had paid for this service and notwithstanding him confirming with head office that I had paid for the service he still was insisting that I do it myself. Eventually he was persuaded to do it. However, he almost refused to put the mattress back on the bed, saying I could do it myself. Very terrible customer service. Definitely would not recommend.

We received our bed on the day they said they would deliver we had no problem with them and bed looks great when we built it

Absolute disgusting the way this company rip you off! I paid an extra £240 for a mattress I didn’t receive. Then they tried to defer me for 10 days saying I would get my refund etc. then blocked me on social media. I called their comfyy sleep land line spoke to a guy who said they weren’t connected to their ‘bargain beds & sofas’ Facebook. Then my friend messaged the page & the same guy instantly called him. Proving they were in fact the same company. He then decided it best to hang up on me once he had been caught out. Clearly not getting my refund. Trading standards have been called.
