Great job and matched expectations

Fabulous service

I have been sleeping on my Lola bed for just under a year now, and have been delighted with it. I got the hydraulic version which provides great storage. The delivery guys were great, so friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Delighted with the bed. It is very stylish and seems to be very good quality. The delivery team were excellent and set up the bed for me. The only comment would be to maybe improve communication regarding delivery but after a telephone call discussion the delivery timeframe was immediately improved. Thank you

I bought the Sephardic bed which comes with lights. Be aware that these are mains powered only, they have no switch on them despite the misleading product description alluding to them being powered by the light switch, so you would have to switch them on and off by the sockets which are more than likely located behind the bed due to the size of the headboard. A huge design flaw to expect customers to reach behind a headboard every time they want to use the lights when they’re in bed. I emailed customer services about this to which they brushed it off and said I can have an extension lead trailing round, I can buy different lights out of my own pocket and they will install them, or I can pay for an electrician to come round and install a switch. All of these are unhelpful and after spending nearly £2000 on a bed that doesn’t function for regular use I am shocked that I’m being recommended to spend even more to resolve a design issue. Our delivery drivers also arrived at 9pm, then had to assemble our bed and didn’t leave until gone 10pm despite my slot being 4-7pm. The drivers then told us they were up at 3am that day and had to drive back to Leeds which is about 3 hours from my home leaving them with only 2 hours shy of being awake for 24 hours, we felt so sorry for them. Avoid buying this bed.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so on this occasion. Whilst the furniture itself looks beautiful, my overall experience has been extremely disappointing and has ultimately led me to take my business elsewhere.

The issues I encountered included:

An incorrect delivery date being booked, despite me rearranging my week to accommodate the delivery date agreed over email

Poor communication throughout the process, with limited updates and little acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused

Creating the bed frame in the wrong fabric, resulting in further delays

An inability to offer a satisfactory resolution 

I completely understand that mistakes can happen. However, what has been most frustrating is the way these issues have been handled. There has been a lack of proactive communication, little regard for the inconvenience caused, and no meaningful effort to rectify the situation.

For a £1,200 bed frame, I would have expected a significantly higher standard of customer service.

Unfortunately, I have now requested a refund and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I've had a poor experience just ordering swatches from them, which has put me off ordering a bed.

I ordered 5 free fabric swatches from them, and whilst delivery was fast, only 3 swatches arrived. I sent an email to the address listed on their website to ask about the remaining 2 swatches. After about 1 week, with no reply, I decided to contact them via whatsapp, only to be told that the fabrics were out of stock and should be available the following week. However, it seems that if I hadn't enquired, I would have been none the wiser. I was also told that once they arrived they would get both samples sent out to me... that was on the 21st August. It is now the 5th September and I am still waiting. There has been no follow-up or anything. Its a shame because I really do like their bed frames, but communication is a big deal for me and I don't have time to chase.

I ordered a fabric swatch pack. The fabric looks lovely and was delivered quickly.

First bed delivery never arrived, second came with the wrong parts. Bed looks nice once finally set up. No offer for compensation

Really pleased with quality and ease of assembly, delivery drivers were excellent and friendly. Little issue with samples but got sorted. Super efficient delivery from order.

The quality of the head board and bed is amazing. The headboard had a fault but after photographs sent and a few messages the customer care team sorted it swiftly with a replacement. Also the guys who delivered the items were very pleasant with excellent communication throughout.

The item is good quality and as expected. The waiting time for getting a delivery date is too long. And on the actual day of delivery there were long delays. However very happy with the item and the assembly service

Easy to navigate web site, full and comprehensive product description, gallery of product photographs excellent, fabric selection confirmed with delivery samples. Good communication throughout, efficient and professional delivery ahead of time including bed assembly by two very polite friendly and efficient professional guys. The quality of the product lived up to expectations. Great experience with Comodo Living from start to finish. Highly recommend this company.

Today I received my item from Comodo Living, a Lola bed and nest mattress and I am happy beyond words but not only for my items but for the guys who delivered and assembled the bed for me. I have never seen more dedication to help a customer than from the two young men who attended my home today. They kept me fully updated on my time slot and arrived exactly when they said. They were perfect gentleman even after I informed them my lift was not working. They were polite to all my neighbours and could not help me enough. I offered my help due to lift not working but they refused for me to do anything except point them in the right direction. I can honestly say I have never had the pleasure of meeting two delivery drivers as kind and hard working as these two guys. My hat goes off to them both truly amazing to see such hard working guys who never complained for 1 min about their workload. Real Genuine guys who took every bit of work in their stride with a smile on their face. Outstanding truly Outstanding work. If only the rest of the world could be like these guys it maybe a better place to live 10 out of 10, well done Comodo.
