I would also like to clarify, for transparency, that we made 7 calls to you over a period of approximately 2.5 days, rather than 20 calls per hour. If you were receiving 20 calls an hour from other companies, I can certainly understand why this would have been extremely frustrating and overwhelming, and I am very sorry that you have had this experience.
