On arrival at the airport was asked for £6 charge from the airport - but this was not notified before we booked so is illegal. The car was parked in a carpark to some playing fields and a parking charge of £100 letter was received 2 weeks after we returned - this was cancelled when challenged. They used DVLA to get our address - not good, could have done it whilst we were away - they know the dates.
Also when we returned the car was not there and they repeatedly said it was on its way. It was not because after an hour I found it parked road the corner in the short stay park for the railway station! I went there my our bags and a spare key just as a someone turned up with the key which he just handed over without checking the paperwork! I could have been anyone!
Not impressed particularly when you had over a £35,000 car. You need total trust to use this and this company did not give it. Also company has been disolved according to companies house. Avoid

Don't use the Bristol Park and Ride.
Positives first - The site is a farm, which is fine. Directions to the site were accurate.
Negatives - told to ring 30 mins before arriving, the phone was not answered until 5 mins before we arrived by which time they had let their transfer minibus depart without us (we actually saw it but assumed they had more, which they did but didn't use).
We had an hours wait before being transferred.
They claim prompt transfers of 15/20 mins.
On the way back virtually same happened and we had to wait an hour at the airport.
When we rang they said 35 mins not the hour it took.
People at the farm couldn't care less.

Easy to book online. Able to use a company that I had used successfully before.

Please never use them. They are onto you until you book parking through them and when there is a problem with the parking provider they claim they cannot do anything because they are just a booking agent. I booked Mayfair parking through them and the supervisor was literally telling me fk off and I had to wait for several hours until midnight to get my car back.

I’ve used this company many many times and always had a great experience. Always offered the best deal and very easy use the website.

Such a poor experience. I compared pricing between official airport parking (£63) and Compareparkingdeals (£46). I took a chance on CPD and found out only after I paid that I would be paying £10 *each way* for a coach to the airport. I spoke with a customer service agent who was exceptionally patronising, stating I should have clicked the small ‘more info’ button next to ‘BOOK NOW’. I stated that most people would never click such a button and the customer service became rude to the point where I ended the conversation. No empathy, no understanding, justifying a 50% mark up on price with a clearly hidden fee. Dreading the actual parking experience now, especially given the attitude of customer service.

The parking attendant turned up late and upon my return argued with me about arriving back to collect my car at a specific time I was telling him ( which I knew I would meet) and told me if I was late he'd leave my keys on my front wheel. I wasnt late and when I got there he wasn't there to meet me with my car. Really unprofessional service

During my holiday, I could see via my car’s GPS that the vehicle had been left unlocked throughout the entire period.

The return process was also extremely poor. It took 50 minutes for my car to be returned after I arrived at the airport. Once I saw on the GPS that my car had reached the airport car park, I called to confirm which parking level I should wait on. The representative confirmed the level, and I waited at the agreed location.

After a further 10 minutes, I could see on the GPS that my car was stationary, so I called again to ask why it had not been delivered. I was told that I was not at the agreed meeting point, despite having waited there for nearly an hour.

I eventually found my car parked on a different level, with the keys left on the tyre. The car had clearly been used during my absence, as both the seats and the floor mats were covered in dirt.

upon booking it shows the transfer is incl. but they charged everyone for 20 Pounds for two ways. Then I arrived early on 15/7/26 instead of 19/07/26 and they charged me 20 again by saying that you did not inform us however they are supposed to return my 4 days empty space amount. They also used my patrol a lot as the tank was full and the car wasn't in the parking; it was coming from outside after 45 mins of waiting inside the parking. I received half of the tank. I have the CC amount on 07/09/26 from BP station on Braintree and pictures.
The staff was nonprofessional, Rude and I am sure the boys working there, are legally not eligible to work as they were hardly speaking English. They said they won't give me the keys till you are not paying the current ride amount.

easy to book and reasonable cost for meet and greet parking very good value would reccomend

I booked an airport meet and greet parking service through this website in July 2026

I arrived at London Luton Airport and followed the instructions provided. Despite doing so, the driver arrived late. As a result, my vehicle remained in the drop-off zone beyond the permitted time, causing me to incur an additional £10 drop-off charge
While I was away, I checked my vehicle's app and discovered that, during this delay, the driver had disabled the vehicle tracking feature within the infotainment system. I have serious concerns about why this was necessary.

On my return to Luton Airport, I followed the return instructions and was simply told to proceed to Bay M, with no further information.
Assuming this referred to the same location where I had dropped off the vehicle, I returned to the drop-off area, only to discover that no Bay M existed there.
After calling the provided number again, I was informed that Bay M was in the coach park and that my vehicle would be brought there.
When I questioned this and requested that my vehicle instead be returned to the drop-off area, this request was refused.
Upon arriving at the coach park, it became clear that private vehicles were not permitted there. I called the company again and was then told that a shuttle bus would collect me and take me to an undisclosed location to retrieve my vehicle. When I expressed that I was uncomfortable boarding a bus without knowing where I was being taken, the call was abruptly terminated.
Staff at the coach park informed me that the parking provider had been suspended from operating at the airport drop-off area. There were approximately 35 other customers experiencing the same issue.
Having no realistic alternative, we boarded the shuttle bus, which took us to an address on Burr Street, Luton.
When I arrived, my vehicle was parked alongside approximately ten others, with engines running, lights on, and no staff present.
There was no handover process whatsoever. People simply got into vehicles and drove away. There were no checks to verify ownership or identity, meaning anyone could potentially have taken any vehicle. It was also impossible to know how long the vehicles had been left unattended with their engines running.
My vehicle was also returned in a filthy condition, covered in dust.

I have written to them requesting a full refund but we will see
