I booked parking through them.AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This was the worst parking experience I have ever had. When I arrived at the car park, I was supposed to be taken to the airport but ended up having to pay £25 for a taxi just to make my flight.Coming back was even worse. I waited over an hour for my car, only to find out my car keys had been stolen while in their possession. The staff were completely unhelpful and refused to assist me. Since then, they have ignored every single email and phone call I’ve made. Disgraceful service, do not trust them with your car!

Never use Iparking they are con artists they just want your money & don’t care that you’re waiting for hours to receive your car, it wasn’t just me waiting for hours but many others too… The worst experience ever… i arrived back from my holiday yesterday at 23:50 I called as soon as we touched down to say we had arrived so they could bring my car to me. I called time & time again after the 4 call I was told they couldn’t locate my car key… they eventually found it & said it was blocked in by another 32 cars so would take approximately 45 minutes to get my car out… I felt helpless waiting in the cold gatwick carpark. From my first call at 23:50 to inform them i had arrived I finally got my car at 03:40 am. I was waiting nearly 4 hours. When I received the car it came back filthy, covered in bird poo, twigs & leaves & had muddy boot prints in the front & rear of the car… worst experience ever. I will never use them again.

Use LG Executive. On arrival date called 30 minutes in advance as requested. Waited in car park for an hour before car collected...luckily flight was following morning, but would have been stressed if I'd had to immediately book in for flight. Return was even worse, called at 15:30 to advise flight had landed...car eventually brought to me at 19:00, after numerous calls. One other family using same company had been waiting with 2 young children since 12:30! Communication was appalling when phone was even answered, which on many occasions it wasn't

The Meet & Greet deal I ended up booking was the cheapest I found and I searched a lot of different car park websites. I was surprised how expensive car parking was for 5 days at the end of September/early October. Website was easy to use and book. Thank you.

I recently gave this company (more specifically, one of their chosen partners) a poor 1-star review.

Credit where credit is due, they took my feedback, investigated and clearly found fault in their partner and refunded my money promptly. Thank you guys, this is much appreciated :-) and very glad you don't condone this sort of behaviour.

I haven't Experienced the parking yet,however I contacted the online chat and found the person to come across rude not helpful at all.

Hopefully the parking is a much better experience.

Manners don't cost anything.

It was very simple and easy to book and I got an email straight away!

Simple, efficient process with clear instructions for vehicle drop off at airport.

If I could give a zero I would. Took 40 minutes to get to us despite ringing 40 minutes before collection. It looked like a group of boat people as they all jumped over a fence in the dark & came towards me! On return this went to over an hours wait,where they then ignored my phone calls when I rang to find out where my car was. Don’t use really bad news.

ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL - DO NOT USE. I booked with New Farm for a recent holiday and the experience from start to finish was appalling. Starting from tthe beginning - every time you call them (e.g. as instructed 30 minutes before arrival and on return) the staff are barely audible, and have zero customer service skills. When we dropped the car off we were charged an extra £20 for the cost of the shuttle bus (so it was no cheaper than the alternatives which was the reason I used them!) and we were shuttled to the airport but dropped off at the Radisson Blu presumably so they could avoid airport fees. The serious issues occurred on our return. I called as soon as we had our baggage and was told the driver would be 30 minutes. 30 minutes later I called again and was told they would be 10 minutes. By this time a large group of people had gathered at the Radisson and as we started talking to each other we realised everyone had booked with New Farm and everyone was waiting for the shuttle. New farm told everyone a different story and some had already been waiting for AN HOUR when we arrived. We waited in total for an hour whilst everyone got very frustrated and New Farm stopped answering peoples calls. We needed to get home so we gave up and bought an Uber to the car park which cost another £20, so the whole experience cost an extra £40 plus our wasted time. On arrival at the car park to collect the car there was a stream of people all quite reasonably upset and trying to get answers but the reception staff were useless and offered no help, explanation or compensation. To top things off, my car was covered in mud as if it had been parked in a bog and one lady was upset because her car had acquired a puncture whilst being parked at New Farm. Had I realised that there were so many bad reviews about this company I would have booked elsewhere. Make sure you read the reviews - lots of people have had their cars damaged at this place and as you can read from the above, the experience is absolutely awful. You may also wish to read up on the ongoing legal issues this place is having with the local council over planning - they do not have the relevant legal permissions for usage of the site as a car park and I would expect this means that they have no insurance and therefore anyone parking with them is leaving themselves highly vulnerable in the event of damage to their vehicle. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE.

the car park where dropped off the car was full of pot holes so that wasn’t a good start! they took our car keys and dropped us off at the terminal in a scruffy mini van full of litter. on our return we key having to ring them to pick us up at the car park - we were still waiting an hour later! we kept having to ring up and they were fobbing us off saying the driver was stuck in traffic but the distance was only 10 minutes so that was a lie. the owner was very hostile when we contacted him. eventually we got picked up by someone in a very scruffy car with litter all over . we got back to the parking lot to pick up our car and the owner could t care less when we complained. another couple was also complaining as well. i would not use them again terrible unreliable company

My car was used for their own use, they damaged my wing mirror, left rubbish in my car, were late to the parking and made me miss my flight, late for pickup too. And don’t respond. Useless

2 hours late on returning car… cost £25 taxi to drive to their parking to collect the car… after 1 week received parking ticket because someone used my car when I was away!
I will report to police!!!

Website is a little confusing at times but price is good. Let’s hope the service lives up to expectations.

Called 30 Min Prior to Arrival but no one was there when we arrived had to call and wait about 10 min before someone turned up, on the return leg called when landed and was told car will be there in 30 min after going through passport control and collecting baggage (Which took approx. 40 Min) went to collection point and no one was there called and was told driver was on way and would be 5 min after 10 min called again and was told he was only 5 min away and to wait at collection point. Car arrived but did not stop in collection point agreed so had to walk over driver was more concerned about collecting another car that was waiting and just handed keys no apology for lateness. After looking at car it looked like its been parked in a field under trees as mud spays all up both sides and sap together with tree leaves and buds on widescreen bonnet. I have taken photos as proof of the state but this site does not allow to download photos. - Although car was collected and retuned the waiting is not what I would class as meet and greet service.
