The best place to work!
I've been working for CWA for 2 years and I must say that all this time the support from management allows me to develop my skills, motivates me to attend professional courses and trainings. Also every week we have Lunch and Learn sessions, where we discuss essential topics and share experience.
Besides, I wanna mention a fantastic work-life balance, a great organisational culture, a very friendly working experience and lots of team building activities.
I'd highly recommend working at this company!

BEWARE
BEWARE. This company will steal your money and not complete the project. I strongly recommend staying away. Like a lot of agencies they focus on sales and nothing else. They will do and say anything they can to get the sale. My project was never completed, and I was never given a refund. They delayed the project for 2 years and then they stopped replying to emails. They refused to send me the fonts and the files I needed. The CEO said he was “too busy” to read my complaint, that tells you everything about this company. There are plenty of other agencies out there, so it’s worth checking some other options out first. The work they produce is nothing special, and you can get it done much cheaper elsewhere. Also, after reading Glassdoor ( A website in which employees post their experiences within the company), one of the employees at ComradeWeb had this to say “Outsourced developers, no engineers in house. Usually some students from Russia or post soviet countries are doing the job. Many times they are unprofessional, unreliable and hard to reach to, affecting the quality of final product.” I will leave my review on that final note.

Antwoord van Comrade Digital Marketing Agency
To be clear, Comrade Web Agency has never done business with anyone named Jakub Kostka. For 10+ years, we have been providing expert solutions and customer service that have earned our projects awards and our team members many favorable reviews. We are unable to determine if this person is real, or a competitor’s attempt to ruin our reputation. Categorically, we always respect our Clients, regularly update them on the progress of their projects, and make sure that we provide stellar work that earns great results in furtherance of their business goals. Further, each successful website, platform or app we develop becomes another facet of our portfolio; and we proudly place our name on projects. Each project is unique, and we invite any prospective client to learn firsthand how diligently we approach projects, and how appreciative we are of their trust when earning - and retaining - their business.
