Amazing service from Concorde Blinds
Amazing service from Concorde Blinds. From start to finish, we were advised on the correct blinds to go for when our initial choice wasn’t possible with our window type, ordering was super simple and communication from the team about delivery was great. Darren and Matty are brilliant at their job, fitting is perfect, no mess left at all, really nice guys who are willing to have a chat and answer questions whilst they work. Can’t thank the team at Concorde enough for our beautiful blinds and shutter!

Liam rang me half an hour to arrival and was professional and courteous. He took down the old track and installed the new one competently.
Once done he then cleaned up and left everything in a tidy manner.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your recent order, it is never our intention.
Following our survey and quotation, the order was processed for a Wood Venetian Blind. Decorative tapes are an optional upgrade and were not included or specified within the quotation or order confirmation. The blind supplied and installed therefore matches the order that was agreed and signed off.
We always aim to ensure everything is clearly explained at survey stage and detailed on the quotation. Unfortunately, tapes cannot simply be added to an existing blind — they are part of the manufacturing process and would require a complete remake as a new order.
If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact us directly and we will be happy to discuss further if required.
