Top service super fast fitting and reasonable price. Results seen within hours no longer get condensation on the windows throughout the house this should impact on mould over time.

Many thanks to Condensate UK for installing PIV Flatmaster 2000 and humiditystat extractors in all bathrooms and kitchens last Sept 2019. The installation work was carried out professionally and now the system has been tried and tested over this winter all seems to be working well with mould growth dramatically reduced. We'd recommend Condensate UK to do this type of work without hesitation

The company installed a PI unit and ruined our carpet in the process. The PI unit has not done what it should do since and then they have tried to charge us to fix it even though it has never worked. We have received advice from other companies saying this is out of line, do not use this company.

I am blown away with having had my PIV fitted on 21/11/19. Firstly the customer service was absolutely amazing, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had severe condensation with pin mould, so unsightly hated my home. If I had known that this product was so amazing I would have got it straight away, but being badly led by a surveyor I went down the route of air vents as instructed by his report. This was not going to solve my problem, only a PIV would do that.

It was fitted by 10:20 am on 21/11/19 by a brilliant engineer, on time, approachable also knowledgeable, very tidy, friendly. I woke early on the 22/11/19 (woman of a certain age) and couldn't wait to see if like the day before I had condensation, I was blown away, visually nothing but when I used my finger there was just a small amount, but this was nothing, same again in the other bedroom. My lounge absolutely nothing even when I did the finger test, nothing. To say I was excited was an understatement. The air in my flat is different, I cannot thank this company enough for what they have done for me and my flat and this is just day 1. 12 months ago we had a full unit, installed in our home. The two engineers were very efficient, friendly and extremely neat and tidy. The unit has worked very well throughout the year but we have just noticed a little condensation during this last very cold spell. I spoke to Danielle and someone came up that very day and adjusted the flow rate and now everything is working perfectly well. The engineer who came up was extremely helpful and generous with his time. I am very impressed with the service I have received from Condesation Cured. Thank you, very much indeed.

We had suffered for years with running Windows and black mould appearing on walls, ceilings and window reveals that we had not decorated for years. We just wiped down applied stain blocker and touched up the paintwork where needed. We had countless builders in to look at the problem with them recommending air bricks, new dpc, full fresh air system throughout the house and many other suggestions that just confused us and some of the quotes we had left us wondering whether it would work even if we spent the money. We had finally had enough last September and decided we couldn't go through another winter when the problem was even worse. I scoured the internet and found condensation cured. We filled in the online request for a quote sending photos of the issues we were having and arranged a visit. The installers arrived from Bolton at the time scheduled and after confirming that their PIV unit would cure the problem asked if we would like the work done there and then. That is where we decided to take the leap of faith as we did not know if the unit would work until the worst of the winter was over. Well I can confirm that I have just finished decorating upstairs for the first time in years. As soon as the unit was fitted we noticed a difference. None of the windows were misted up in the mornings and the wet patches on the walls stopped and mould stopped appearing within 2 weeks. We can't thank or praise condensation cured enough as it was a lot of money for us to pay out not knowing if it would work but your knowledge and expertise gave us the confidence to have it done. We have still got the karcher window vaccum we had to use every morning but have not used it since October when the unit was fitted. engineer who installed the device was polite and efficient but some condensation and mould returned in the winter. In spite and ringing every day for two weeks, Danielle was never available and did not call back. E-mails also went unanswered.
The PIV gave some improvement but I was very disappointed that there was no backup from the company about how we might further improve things.
