Went in for a ps3 yellow light of death treatment. My ps3 didn’t work even after the treatment. They were kind enough to switch my ps3 with a working one, and gave me a free game, only for the price of a repair. Happy customer 👋

I had a problem with my laptop and took it to the Console Clinic in Elm Park. It was explained they would carry out a diagnotic check and contact me. I was contacted after the diagnostic was carried out laptop to state what the problem was and did I wish to proceed Everything was explained clearly and precisely, I would recommend the Consiole Clinic

I needed to get a Xbox Series X HDMI port replacement done. They contacted mid repair to offer a cleaning service on the internal system to prevent overheating which was a great additional service I had to agree to it! I opted for a same day repair which turnaround time was about 90 minutes.

Great customer service that exceeded my expectations! I built up a rapport with the team on TikTok and they’re as friendly in person as the communication online.

I love the store as well clean aesthetically and even has older gadgets displayed in the window with a little history lesson on those older devices.

100/10 for the overall experience! I would 100 recommend anyone who needs to get a console repair done to use Console Clinic.

I came to Console Clinic following a recommendation from a family member. After an initial mix up / issue, and having spoken to Kylie, I decided to go ahead and service my graphics card (high end card, was experiencing 70C temperatures with 107C at the hot spot and crashing applications). As it turns out, thermal paste has completely degraded, and thermal pads were also worn.
I could not be any happier as after installing the card and an hour or so of stress testing, the temperatures have not gone beyond 48C and 63C at the hot spot. Card fans are no longer going crazy as well making the PC quite again under stress.
Danny (the engineer who worked on the card) did a great job and was very insightful (called me and suggested to add some additional thermal pads).
I would also like to mention that the turn around was very good and they offer a free pickup / repair / deliver service within a 5-mile radius of the store, which is great for someone like me who has very little spare time. I have not done the instore service yet but I would be quite confident that it is also top class.
Kyle is also a very nice and reasonable guy and is very passionate about his business.
I would definitely recommend using Console Clinic for your gadget repair / servicing and I already plan on servicing a PS5 and a laptop with Console Clinic.

I Took my phone in preparing to lose it for the day but they fixed the problem within minutes , a few taps on the screen and it was done I didn't even leave the store! . The young man and young lady behind the counter were excellent! Such fantastic customer service. They were friendly and professional and so good at what they do. I couldn't ask for better service. I would definitely recommend this place. So so good. Definitely a very happy and satisfied customer here. Don't go anywhere else!

Excellent service from Console Clinic Elm Park. They repaired my son’s iPad quickly and efficiently, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Friendly staff, fast turnaround, and great workmanship. Highly recommend for anyone needing device repairs.

Fixed the stick drift on my controllers with better types of sensors which should never get that problem again. My controller sticks are now immortal!

This is a great clinic, very quick to respond to queries and to look at the hardware issue plus lovely staff. Kept me up to date and good value for money. I would def recommend them 10/10.

Kyle Weinberg is very customer focused and got my phone up.and running again on no time.
He's the only person I trust to repair my electronics, I've seen too many horror stories at other places like gadget shops etc. If you need anything electronic repairing He's the go to man! Cheers Kyle!

Had an issue with my laptop. Booked it online for collection which went like clockwork. Laptop was assessed and I was contacted with price for repair. Went ahead and my laptop was returned very quickly. Upon having a repeat of the problem Console Clinic arranged to pick up my laptop, corrected the problem and returned it within 36 hours. Cannot fault the service.
