A little disappointed
Our sensor broke and we unfortunately ran out of oil… with low temperatures and two children under 3, we purchased an emergency delivery at extra cost.
We called the next day to see if the delivery could be scheduled any sooner than 7 days away just to be told that our order hadn’t been processed yet so they couldn’t do anything to help.
We were so desperate (house dropped to 13 degrees and no hot water) that my partner purchased 100L of Consol’s forecourt directly.
Our order was then delayed by another two days and eventually arrived 9 days after we placed the order but no mention of any refund for the extra we paid for emergency delivery.
Fairly disappointed and unlikely to use again.

Great service to a new customer
Am a new customer, and not having had consols visit my property, I gave a thorough description and photos of my tank and it's location, the driver was able to find it and ring once there to check. The ordering online was easy, their prices were lower, and the delivery sooner than expected.

Amazing!!
I fully recommend Consol Oils. I have been dealing with Chris and he was super friendly, and helpful and the delivery of oil was really quick. The driver was also really friendly. Superb customer service all round!

I was impressed by the order process…
I was impressed by the order process and the price. The delivery man was very amiable and efficient.
I would have given 5 stars, but the delivery was one day late. According to the delivery man, it was because the usual driver's mother had just passed away. This would have been fine if I had been notified that the delivery would be late as a result.

I paid extra to get the delivery before…
I paid extra to get the delivery before 5th of June and didn’t get the delivery. I phoned the office to find out what had happened and request a refund for the extra money I paid but I was told head office would deal with it, but nothing happened. The service is very poor
