Place my order two weeks ago and have not heard a word from the company since. They took my money immediately and did not wait until the contacts were shipped. Left multiple messages but no reply on email or phone message. There are plenty of good companies out there, DO NOT order here if you want to loose money.

Slow - no follow up. Prior to ordering, the site did not notify me that my lenses were not in stock, nor that there would be delays. I ordered on the 23rd of July, and was informed, after phoning again, that the lenses were being shipped today.

I bought $ 300 worth of contact lenses in February 2021. I haven't received my package, 1 month later. They still haven't refund me. The worst company. Customer service does not help. Nightmare. Never buy from their site. Fraud.

I have never had so much trouble ordering something online in my life. A few days ago, I tried to order contacts, but the order would not complete online (it looked like it was attempting to do something, but the screen just kind of froze). I double checked everything a dozen times (and that isn't much hyperbole). I made sure to check that I was in the US. The online agent told me to try another browser. Seriously, that was the solution.  
I have been trying on my iphone and once I finally was able to access my cart (only by putting in another product first that I would delete was I able to find the cart). This time I was unable to choose USD for my payment (it was grayed out). I contacted a live agent again and he knew nothing and was not able to tell me how to fix the problem - I finally closed the chat after he was unresponsive.
 
So, my son tried on his browser and the "Place order" button was completely unresponsive. I gave up.

I'm not convinced this isn't a scam.

I ordered from Fresh Lens instead.

Fake contacts. The lenses arent imprinted and have fake serial numbers. Almost lost my vision, after woke up with my eyes crusted shut

At first I was skeptical to order because eye contacts should be very safe since its for the eyes. And i have this sensitive eyes , then i decided to give it a try and inquire about it, called them to confirm that they would ship the contacts on the same day. Ordered it at 9 am and got it by 10 am on the second day. Thanks it works perfectly fine.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Overpriced with misleading coupon codes. Tedious inefficient site that makes you renter your information multiple times.

Not to mention they have the worst customer service that I have EVER dealt with. Heartless awful people who don’t care about keeping customers. Completely unwilling to see their customers issue and work through it. I don’t know what kind of people they choose to hire to man their support email but they need an overhaul. Either that or that’s just how this company treats their customers. Safe to say, I will NEVER purchase contacts from contacts express again. I advise you to stick to the well known online contact retailers to ensure you receive your products on time, in good condition, with great customer service. Because you will NOT find any of those qualities in Contacts Express. Shame on you!

Placed an order weeks ago and they still haven't shipped. UPDATE--turns out they were waiting to receive the "kit" brand lenses in my rx. I received my order and it took a little longer, but I'm very happy. best prices around

I have ordered two times thus far and the shipment was fast, the product as expected and the price great.

I have ordered contact lenses from CLC (two boxes) just to see if this will be more convenient service than me driving to my usual supplier, which I have done for years. Boy, do I regret my decision! I paid for xpresspost ( 1-3 business days ), because I was low on my supply ( I use daily disposables ). I ordered on Saturday. My credit card was charged immediately and I received a confirmation from them that the full amount was paid. On Sunday I received an email that my order is on hold. Calling the number provided is useless as they don't pick up the phone. I contacted them by email. They said my address was incomplete. I doubted that, but I took their word for it. I again wrote my full address for them. A day later I got a reply that my order was now off hold and will be shipped. I have to wait for a tracking number. At the same time my Credit Card alerted me through my mobile alerts that there was another charge ( same amount ) taken off my Credit Card. I am still awaiting the tracking number and an explanation for the second charge. I'm not yet ready to say it is a scam, but I can definitely say that it seems like this is a very small mom and pop operation run from a back door of a garage. I suspect all the delays are caused by them not having my contact lenses in stock. Of course a serious company that cares about its business would notify about the lack of supply at the time of order. Needless to say I will never use them, or any other on line supplier and I am going back to ordering at my usual, physical place near my home. There! You have been warned. I only wish I read these reviews before I rushed into ordering from them. By the way, the few positive reviews on here seem to be fake. Just sayin'

Very poor experience every step of the way. Difficult to talk with anyone and when I finally did they didn't understand their products. Purchased frames only to find out 2 weeks later they were not in stock as promised. Wasted quite a bit of my time for nothing. And their prices weren't that great anyway. Terrible every step of the way for both frames and lenses. I will not do business with this company again. Zero stars.

Terrible shipping, very bad service

Got my contact lens within 1wk. The contacts are fantastic!

I should have listened to the 1 star reviews. Placed an order on June 8th and I had a chat with Kyle on June 15th on when my contacts would be shipped. I was told that my contacts were on back order and not in stock. That was not mentioned when I placed my order. I was also told that my contacts would ship Monday June 18th. They still haven’t been shipped. I will never use this company again. Customer service is poor and you have to lose 3% if you cancel your order due to their shady shipping practices. Do not use this company.

I called them to confirm that they would ship the contacts on the same day. Ordered it at 11 am and got it by 2 pm the next day. Read reviews and was honestly scared to order but decided to give them a chance. Very happy i did.

Their prices of Acuvue Oasys have gone up in the past year, since the last time I ordered from them. Will have to look elsewhere.

Terrible company.
takes forever to ship the contact lens out. Don't buy from them.
I paid for express shipping and they didn't send out the lens after 7 days. Still waiting for it.

I ordered 2 Air Optix Packs on December 19 2016, which were supposed to arrived 3-5 business days later. By Dec 23 I called them and told me they had 1 of the 2 packs, but that they ordered the other pack and would send them together on Dec 26th, and that I will received them by the 30th. I think this is unacceptable. It is now January 2017 and I still haven't received my contacts. And I have been calling and calling, but now they don't even pick up the phone or respond to my emails.I will never ever again make the mistake of ordering from this company.

Ordered online and paid for 1-2 day shipping to make sure I get my product on time and before my trip. Two days later I called to do a follow up since there was no notification for shipping. The customer service person (Kyle) advised me that my product is on backorder and will be shipped next Wednesday ( 8 days later ) ! There was no indication online saying the product is not in stock! So I asked for my money back so I could use it to order elsewhere.

Two days passed and no refund so I called again and this time they told me it will take 5 business days for refund. Again this was not explained to me so I still have no product and money from this company. In addition ,nothing was offered to me to correct their actions.

Absolutely terrible services and will never do business with this company and as a matter of fact I will send the message to all the people I know they order their products from this company.
