Just spoke with Bird in customer service. What a great experience. Found them online and she answered my call and took care of my requirements very quickly and efficiently. I had called another supplier just before this and got voice mail so I went on to Container & Packaging and got immediate assistance. The order to them is on the way and they will be added to my bottle supplier list!! Great job Bird!!

Bottle Cap Design
We ordered caps for our essential oils and when you tighten the cap securely, the bottom plastic part of the cap opens outward, kind of like a "skirt", which the comparable cap from our previous supplier did not do. It appears that the plastic is much thinner there than we are used to. Also the dropper piece is half the size of the dropper in the cap we previously used. It does not appear to be hampering the dispensing process in any way, but it just looked odd...not what we are used to.
