Zero stars isn't low enough!!
I canceled my subscription the same month I signed up, yet they kept charging me. When I contacted them, they admitted the charges were wrong and promised a refund—then vanished. No refund, no response to calls, texts, or emails. Just complete radio silence.

This isn’t incompetence. It’s theft. They took my money, provided nothing in return, acknowledged it was wrong, and then deliberately ignored me. It’s hard to imagine a more blatant display of dishonesty. That they continue operating like this—knowingly charging people for nothing—is not just unethical, it's disgraceful

They made a ton of promises about what their AI voice callers could do, and only a handful of them were true. They either lied or were ignorant on their own tech. As an FYI, just use SynthFlow - that's the underlying tech they use anyway. They also misspoke on some critical pricing details. In the end, they refused to give a refund, saying that there were "some speed bumps", while totally ignoring they got many key details wrong about their product and pricing.

Tried them and paid the first month in April of 2024. After dozens of requests via email, phone calls to cancel starting in May 2024 they haven't stopped. Two more charges of $499 in Jan Feb 2025. I am working with Chase also. Company has major issues with integrity. I recommend you stay away from Scale Digital.

Our team has had trouble implementing Ai in our business. We came across Conversion Rocket after getting multiple ads on Facebook. After about 3 months of using the service, we're extremely pleased with the results. Our cost per lead has dropped significantly, and appointments have gone up. Their ads and ai calling package is a must in my opinion. We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship!

I waited to share our experience because most marketing companies do good at first then forget about you over time. Conversion Rocket has been much different than our experiences with other companies in the past. We started with them in November for our holiday specials and they blew our last year numbers out of the water. We have continued with them through January and they have not let up. We have a dedicated support rep (Isabel) and our performance has been steady all month.

We run our Ads and we use their automation for follow up.

We are happy and 3 months in now. We expect this to be a long term relationship.

I had high hopes for Conversion Rocket but unfortunately found the experience disappointing from start to finish. Although the person I dealt with was polite and well-meaning, the onboarding process left a lot to be desired. It became immediately clear that this is a startup, with team members juggling multiple roles, which impacted the overall service quality and timing. Despite paying over $500 for a month’s service, the setup took about two weeks—far longer than expected for something advertised as efficient and results-oriented.

I requested a tutorial on how to access completed calls and follow up, but this was never provided. After waiting through onboarding delays and lack of guidance, I ended up with zero results. Ultimately, I found an alternative platform that delivered the same functionality for a fraction of the cost. My experience with Conversion Rocket was underwhelming, to say the least, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone expecting prompt and professional results.
