The support is dreadful. Firstly they state that the problem is not down to them. Then having proved that it is they reluctantly pass it to their product team and then you hear nothing!

I had inadvertently resubscribed to the service and was charged, but the company went above and beyond by providing me with a full refund when I reached out. Their willingness to resolve the issue and ensure customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Thank you, Convertri, for your excellent service and care for your customers!

Love overall speed and page/funnel building features. However customer support sucks since they sold the company. It used to be great. Not anymore. Have waited for days for more info on how to integrate with use of webhooks considering integrations are so incredibly limited on this platform. And what they offer readily is quite limited on webhooks. Kind of turning out to not be worth the price. When I paid half what I do now it was more worth the downfalls I guess. Still need far more options for integration. May have to switch if something doesn’t give soon. I know they’re working on more development. But don’t charge an arm and a leg while doing so.

This company will charge you 4 months before your annual due date and will refuse to talk to you.
No customer service and they will just ignore you.

Total crap

overpriced garbage which doesnt even work

I’ve been with convertri for a few years, at the beginning, the support was great. The system is really good. However, after a couple of years I asked them to fix the bug, I’m still waiting six months (and more) later.

Three weeks ago, I put an email into support asking how I move one of my custom domains to another, convertri account as I wanted to sell it. 3 weeks later now and still no reply. A week ago I sent the same email in case it didn’t get delivered (highly unlikely using Gmail these days) yet I’m still waiting for a reply.

Yes I can access the system but without no support the systems useless.

Very happy with them. The support is timely and responsive.

We made the switch to Convertri after hearing that some big names in the game also tried it and were satisfied.

Convertri has some great advantages over other funnel builders.

1. It is very fast. Even huge sites load in no time
This has 2 big advantages:
a) People just explore the site instead of being annoyed with a slugghish response (like on most sites)
b) It impacts your ranking factor for SEO and your CPC for ad campaigns

This for me is one of the most important factors and convertri is superb in this area.

2. You can build almost anything with this pagebuilder, not like in Kartra or Clickfunnels where you need columns and I do not know what

3. You can import your side

It is not very intuitive to use. But if you are looking for an effective solution - convertri is the place to go for funnels.

Convertri is a great alternative to Clickfunnels, not just in terms of price and quality, but in the transparency and commitment of the founders. They have an active Facebook group and provide weekly updates and upgrades to their software. I've been a charter member since they launched in 2016 and couldn't be happier.

The BEST company in terms of listening to its customers - the response time might be not too quick but they really are a reputable and caring company - never money hungry!

BEST alternative to Clickfunnels which is over overpriced!
