Our itinerary was excellent in terms of timing and connecting flights. Price was significantly less than that quoted by the tour company. The only down side is having to purchase more expensive travel insurance because we booked flight separately from tour.

The agent had to be coaxed to get us from Paris to a city closest to Parma, Italy via air. I came up with bologna he was clueless. Never got back yo me on hotels so I booked hotels myself. Plus didn’t obtain seating on our Air France leg of the trip ?????

Beata was wonderful! She is very knowledgeable, took the time to really answer all my question and found an excellent price for business class seats to Cairo. It was much easier to book with her than by myself. I will definitely be a returning customer - Thank you.
