Always helpful. Leila is always on hand to help with what size is needed and ensure its delivered on time and positioned exactly where we need it. The skip can be with us for as long as we need it. Leila even called for Christmas to see if we wanted it picked up beforhand

Price was extremely good, but had a problem them picking it up up as they said that I hadn’t requested a same day pick drop and pick up, we eventually sorted it out, but overall price was very good

Thank you for your review, Handy. I am not sure i understand the issue mentioned? I have just checked your order which had an open collection date, meaning you would advise us when the skip was full and ready to be collected. As per our t&c it can take us up to 48 hours to collect as it has to be planned into the workload. We don't offer same day delivery and collection as this wouldn't allow enough time to process the paperwork. Which would have been explained on the phone. Im glad you were happy with the service you recieved tho, altho I am unsure which information was unclear?
I would love to know more so that we can ensure such misunderstanding doesn't happen in the future.
