Cosbys lied on their website about an item I ordered that claimed it was in stock, in Australia, and that it would be sent express. Item is STILL coming, and from the USA with an expected delivery date of mid September! I NEEDED THIS ITEM ASAP AS I AM CURRENTLY WITHOUT TRANSPORT. IT IS NOW COSTING ME MORE MONEY TO GET TO AND FROM WORK BECUASE OF THE INSOLENCE OF THESE UNHELPFUL PEOPLE!
THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR, THEY COME UP WITH EXCUSES AND TELL ME THEY CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT! I WANT TO CANCEL THIS ORDER BUT THEY WON'T ALLOW IT BECUAE THEY HYPOCRITICALLY TELL ME ABOUT THEIR PROTOCOLS!!

Disappointing Experience - Think Twice Before Shopping Here
I recently had a regrettable experience with Cosby's Superstore. I ordered an electronic device with express delivery, which promised dispatch within 2-4 days. However, the whole process turned out to be an absolute nightmare.
Attempting to inquire about the delay, I reached out to their customer service multiple times, but the response was dishearteningly slow if any response came at all.
Besides, they told me it will arrive in TWO Months, even though they advertise it as express.
I am trying to cancel my order but it will be hard.
Totally, a big problem. Please, reconsider if you find something in this shop. Thanks.
