Bought a treadmill from this company, have never received my item and have sent them many messages with no reply, have now asked for a refund, they have also blocked me on their TikTok page. Avoid

SOLD ME A FAULTY TREADMILL ON EBAY. IGNORED MY MESSAGES, KEPT PRETENDING TO BOOK COLLECTION BUT DOESNT (3 MONTHS TO BOOK A COLLECTION IS WILD)

This firm is a toal disgrace and must be stopped from trading. If we don't get the correct treatment we are going to see if Martin lewis will have it on his show.

Bought some Rattan furniture that wasn't complete and had been assemble previously so it was not new but 2nd hand. After more than 6 months I'm still trying to get it replaced, or get parts to fix it. No response to emails and nobody answers the phone you just get cut off.
Avoid them at all costs. Do not buy from them.

This is not a company you want to deal with. It's been way over a month and neither have we received our delivery nor our refund despite multiple emails. They even said they will issue refund as delivery of garden furniture has been lost but this was several weeks ago and nothing so far. I plan to make official complaints via trading standards as the company is in breach of Consumer rights act 2015

Purchased item via Wowcher with this company and never received it! Have tried to call the company on the contact number provided on the website numerous times and is unavailable, try emailing and get no replies. I have been in contact with Wowcher and they have been trying to get information however they have not got anywhere with them either. AVOID this company as it seems they cannot deliver what you buy.

Cosmobuy work with deal companies such as “Wowcher” they seem to sell stock they haven’t got and take your money in a vain hope of acquiring the stock eventually. The director (Aiman Nadeem) also runs Leorian Outfits. I found her details through company house and tracked down her other company on Facebook - where she lists her mobile number. She will tell you anything you want to hear on the phone (will never reply on email) but almost exclusively lies to you.

Kept my money for 5 weeks and never had any stock that she could send out. Avoid her. Avoid Cosmobuy. And a sous Wowcher - because if you use them and the supplier let’s you down - Wowcher will have nothing to do with it at all. It’s in the t and c’s.
