We just move to a new house, change over was not a problem. Sean was very professional and helped me with everything. I also had few questions regarding bin collections, he responded my email very quick. I don't see any hassle with them and can honestly recommend this company.

They don't even deserve a 1 star.
They don't even deserve a 1 star.
As others have complaint, when you want to change the address and put a stop in the account it's all problems. Bin was not collected because they put a stop in the account too early and now they are refusing to issue a refund for the money for the remaining of the term I will not be using.
Not surprise to see how easy they prefer to lose a customer. When you ring them up, in their voicemail they offer you a job! This has to be a horrible place to work in, and no wonder why the staff dont care about their customers.

Do not recommend this company!!!!!!!
Do not recommend this company, the (binman or truck ) broke my bin.Company told that i need replacement but I wont be charge for bin only for delivery 15 euro ,so i must be happy for that offer . I try to explained that is not my fault , but they respond- ( is normal wear and tear. ) So this is good system how they work .. Soon i have chance i will be gone from them !!
