Faulty light not replaced
I ordered three LED tube lights for my garage only two of them worked I sent an email and asked for a replacement they sent a refund instead which is no good I need a replacement as two lights isn’t enough I shouldn’t have to reorder and pay for shipping when it came faulty/ not working

Be careful! - avoid their service at all costs.
I placed an order and had no information regarding the delivery time for 5 days. After five days, I called the company and was answered by a very unpleasant and rude person who shouted that they had no obligations regarding information to the delivery date. He was very surprised that I was even asking for information about the delivery time. He said that if it was that important to me, I should call them immediately and find out the status of my order. This company service is stuck in the 20th century. I absolutely do not recommend this service and I warn potential clients who have obligations regarding the completion of planned work or contractual penalties with their clients.

I am sorry in the old days we woudl have part shipped the order but the credit card companies now only allow us to make one charge against a card so we can't part ship. We only charge for goods supplied and only charge the card at time of shipping. The system was better 15 years ago when we never had this problem.
