Shame about the communication

Second time I have ordered from this…
Second time I have ordered from this company and safe to say i will not be ordering again. Despite website claiming goods in stock this is far from the case as in both occasions of using this company I ended up chasing for a order update as status hadn’t changed only to be advised goods on order from suppliers. Fair enough but a bit of common courtesy with informing customers of such would not go a miss. First occasion I thought was a one off but how wrong I was as exactly the same again order in early Dec 25 to receive in late Jan 26 fair enough allowance for holiday period but again needing to chase for a order update as no change to status. If this is how they do business with all customers im surprised they have any with the lack of communication and to add no form of apology when they did reply after being chased. Good luck if you purchase from this company!

You have been particularly unlucky. We have nearly 8000 product lines in stock and the last 71 trust pilot reviews have all been 5*. The particular brand of product you ordered is not stocked in the UK and we get one delivery a month from The Netherlands. This line is not a popular item we have only sold it twice before and yet it is an item we stock and your ordered more than we had on the shelf. We did not take payment from your credit card until the item came into stock. Calex require a minimum of £3000 for each order so it follows that we order for stock and if we sell our stock because an item becomes popular by possibly appearing on a house make over TV programme we can't just obtain immediate stock. We generally get two deliveries in November one in December one a month following that so the wait time for an out of stock item should average two weeks but if your order coinsides with a delivery it will take a bit longer. Most orders are delivered from stock on the day of order.
Very good company
The LED bulbs were easy to find on the website and were simple to order. I ordered Compton 2.2 watt 3000k 470 lm SBC-15They are brighter than the existing 9 watt bulbs. The bulbs were delivered without any issues. This is a very good company to deal with.
