New to CPAP: finding my way
I was able to get advice on the various choices and suitability and that made much more confident to put things into my basket assured that the choices were sound. Best of all - it wasn't a bot that I messaged with - there was a real person able to give real answers!! How rare is that?

Returned water tank as I ordered wrong…
Returned water tank as I ordered wrong one. I see it has arrived last week by the tracking and still not got the one you said you would send as a replacement. Was disappointed that you would not return the tubing as I had opened it. As my machine would not fit the fitting I can’t understand how you can say for hygiene reasons it could not be returned. But it is what it is I will probably just go to a sleep shop in future than go through spending a lot of money to get nothing.

High Leakage on ResMed AirSense Elite 10
I have submitted an email as suggested. I have been using a REMED 10 Airsense Elite unit and after changing the water tank which just started leaking I have been getting very high airleakage. I had a depot look at it and their feedback was other than high airleakage my sleep is good so just keep going. In the past chilly nights in winter I have found my mouth drying out mmore than in the past. A google search suggested I change the airintake valve as the seal may not be aligning well with the new water tank. Received and installed the seal today so tonight will tell me if the problem has been fixed.
