Vous me dites qu j'aurais dû commander N30I pour recevoir mon model à remplacer sauf que sur mon équipements c'est ecrit N30I
Alors je me retrouve avec les mauvais coussins que j'ai payer pour rien .je crois que votre description est erronnée et votre equipe m'a écrit pour me dire de commander des nouveaux à mes frais +transport

Ordering was easy. There was a record of previous purchases so I knew exactly which mask I required. The mask was back ordered but I was informed of that and received it in a little over a week.

Order was shipped to Manitoba in 2 days which was surprisingly quick, very competitive pricing

I rated 4 because the person on the phone wasn’t as knowledgeable then in the past. Typically the person I chat with is very knowledgeable. This time I had to review the various ResMed mask accessories. Where there were duplicate item numbers for the same items. Sales are final so ordering the correct items is a must
