I purchase one handmade leather bag and butterfly chair from craft shades and the quality of the chair is excellent. and handmade bag quality is also good. excellent products and prices also in range.

I ordered leather backpack ( roll top) which I received , same day I requested for a return since I didn’t liked it, no response , following up from last two weeks there is no support , return is not at all easy as what they claim on their website. Extremely bad response and support.

Craftshades have not responsibility to reply to customer mails.
