Order frozen on the tracking screen on…
Order frozen on the tracking screen on "reached warehouse" for 5 days. Cannot reach customer service. Tried to raise a ticket, link to verify email to raise ticket came the next day...and the link is dead. Would like updates, or simply cancel order is fine.....**Follow up: The order got an immediate cancellation, no email from CL customer service was sent as stated, 0 follow up, had to look at the old tracking email to see the cancellation
Since the customer service is handled through this public forum, I guess then publicly....The one star was earned this time guys. Even though I'm sympathetic to the excuse I got, will just say, hope things get better for CL but plz clear my info in your system. Won't be spending anymore time with this or CL and good day.

These ones did not work at all. I got them for a costume, but they refused to adhere to my eyes. I’ve used vanity contacts in the past and haven’t had an issue.

Atención al cliente horrible, muy mal
Las lentillas muy bien, pero la atención al cliente es un desastre, llevamos meses escribiendo mensajes para que nos envían la factura de los dos pedidos que hemos realizado ya que somos una empresa y necesitamos presentarla y nos ignoran por completo, no hay número de telefono al que llamar ni chat con el que conversar con ellos directamente, no quiero imaginar si hay algún tipo de error, como se podría solucionar... No haremos más compras, y si necesitan factura, ¡por favor no compren aquí porque no se las van a emitir!
