Great customer service
Not only is the sign perfect and exactly what I was hoping for, the customer service was fantastic. After ordering it I needed it by a certain day and they helped express it and worked with the shipping company to ensure it arrived at the right time. Their communication is fantastic. I love my sign. It makes me so happy every time I look at it. Also definitely recommend getting the dimmer remote! It’s mood lighting all in one!

Sign for backdrop to a podcast.
Thanks so much! The sign looks great. I wish I had the ability to control how bright or dim the light is because we are using as a backdrop for a podcast video setting.

Hi Adam, we have investigated your case and noticed significant email correspondence following your order placement with us. To ensure timely delivery, we typically begin processing orders within 24 hours, sometimes even within 12 hours. However, you reached out to us 48 hours after placing the order, requesting modifications. Subsequently, after a week of email communication, you asked to cancel the order.
We were prepared to accommodate your requested modifications to ensure you received the best possible product. Nonetheless, our company policy allows for order cancellations only within 24 hours of placing the order. You had already exceeded this window when you first contacted us for the requested changes to the sign. In our recent discussion, you asked us to send the sign to you, which we are currently doing. We are confident that you will be delighted with the sign upon its arrival.
Expectations Greatly Met....
After doing much research in choosing a company to meet our needs for a business neon sign, we are happy to say we chose a great one! The customer service was amazing and quick to respond to our emails! The sign is beautiful and has definitely met our expectations!
