Two major things stand out for me after dealing with Creative Cables!
1.I emailed with 5 or 6 questions about what I really needed for constructing a pendant light. This was answered in detail and I was perfectly confident in what was required.
2. My order was processed quickly and arrived quickly!
So a 5 out of 5 from me!

Easy to use website. Prompt service

What a selection!! So perfect when you can’t find the right length cable or want an exact colour option…so many choices. I needed 3 plus meters of cable for a void area which norm lighting shops don’t sell…perfect and in rope and wood.

Quick no fuss purchase. Product was as specified.

We purchased several light fittings last year and had an issue with one of the lightbulbs. We were able to return the bulb (into the box in Red Hill so we saved on postage!!) and they immediately replaced it...back into the box!!

Very poor level of service,they only attempt to provide online service so you cannot call which wastes a lot of time with any questions you have , first order items arrived with another customer’s invoice and details
The order arrived and was incorrect in the end , then they argued that it was my fault… when I resent the specific question and their response the highlight their error I received no apology
I required an additional order and they placed the incorrect post code so it took nearly a month to arrive as it had to be intercepted by Australia post A very frustrating experience So Don’t Bother. !!

Haven't received goods as yet.

I had to place a last minute order just before Christmas. Helena was amazing and had the entire order ready for pick up within an hour. Thank you so much for all of your help-- wonderful business and highly recommend. I'll definitely be ordering again.

So grateful for the excellent service at creative cables: having experienced terribly slow delivery times with another Melbourne based company (despite paying express) I reached out to Creative Cables and they shipped within the day and it arrived the next day to Sydney, so that our project wasn't held up. Great customer service for a fabulous product and fast delivery

Delivered what I ordered quickly and accurately. The website is quite informative on different items and how they fit together.

Not overly friendly during correspondence.

Brilliant service. I asked for a little extra length on a standard cable and they responded quickly and positively. I could not believe it when the cable arrived two days later. My light is up and looks fantastic. Very happy and very impressed with the product and the service.

Very disappointed in overall quality, delivery time and overall lack of customer service or willingness to rectify my issue without incurring significant additional expense. I have since found a more superior item for less cost by purchasing offshore. A sad indictment for Australian small business whom I normally try to support, however the response I received was abrupt without any admission of fault. I can't even find my original order to check if I ordered the correct product and they blamed the error on me.

Really good, I recommend and will probably make more purchase with them when I need specific decorative cables, switch.
