Fantastic service
A product with the incorrect finish was sent - it was corrected very quickly and easily with very little inconvenience on my end. I had the correct product within days of the issue being flagged.
The new product looks fantastic and I am extremely happy with the service provided by Creative Cables

Unfortunately purchased item online not in stock
Item purchased online was not available, refund was processed after several weeks waiting. Should have better stock control to ensure orders paid for can be delivered. Also unfortunate I had to use Bunnings parts….

excellent communication - very fast response to an email even though the shop was closed that week. posted my order express to Melbourne and it arrived in 2 days of ordering. Great range of products with how to videos and also answered a follow up question I had by email within an hour! would definitely recommend.
