I am extremely careful doing business over the phone. However, when I had the pleasure of working with your credit advisor Jerry Jornadal, I knew I was in good hands. He was thoroughly knowledgeable, calm and answered all my questions. The way in which he explained your program made perfect sense. Where I would have been hesitant in the past, I did not feel that need. He had a way of making me understand what I refused to admit, without adding shame or guilt. It was an absolute pleasure and the burden I was suffering has been lifted. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I can now pursue my goal of hoping to have my own home and peace in the near future without incurring unnecessary debt.

Positive turning negative
I had a positive experience for over 4 years with Credit Associates until I got out of the program. They have continued to take money out of my bank account. I have contacted them about this and they say "This was your last payment". Then they take money out again. A positive experience is becoming very negative very fast.
