Everyone that I have spoken with has worked their best to inform me where my case stood and at what stage everything was at. Wonderful people to work with!

The service is very polite, respectful, helpful and on point!

Like the service but the account that are closed should not be taking that long to resolve. Most of the closed account are over 7 years and are messing with my credit score. I have done my part in paying these accounts and they have not been taken off my credit report. And some accounts are incorrect and have in hard inquiries. Thank you for your Services and would to tell my friends about this program but they're are afraid that this is a scam. But if you help with my credit score I'll definitely tell them that this work.

I have all of the confidence I must have in this company. I do not deserve this awful credit score which is a result of the Credit Reporting Agencues becoming very wealthy by slapping on any and everything. They are all about money and I consider them an enemy when they do not care about hurting families all over this country. They have certainly hurt my family. If, for example, If I had not received the EOBs from BCBS of NC showing these billings were paid to these providers, according to their contract with them, that is one issue I brought to their attention, which was a complete waste of my time. according to their contract. TO BE VERY FRANK WITH YOU...I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS STRONG BECAUSE OF THOSE WHO WORK THERE AND HAVE THE EDUCATION TO STAND UP TO THOSE WHO DO NOT CARE IF THEY HURT FAMILIES ALL ACROSS OUR NATION. THANK YOU.

The Representative was extremely patient. She took the time to listen to me and on a personal note, she offered her Condolences when I shared that this past week I was out of town with my family buried as we laid our mother to rest and I was just getting to my mail.

Hired this company from seeing their online advertisement. The sounded professional and assured me that they could help me with some of my credit card debt. They did nothing for me in the first 4 months of service other than take my money. I called to discuss and they convinced me it would take a bit more time to see results, now 6 months later I have every creditor I owe and even ones that wrote me off contacting me for money. I finally decided enough was enough and cancelled their service. Now $600 later in worse condition than originally I am again on my own. A month after cancellation I received a letter in the mail that three of my credit card companies have placed a lawsuit against me for payment. Consider this a warning that unless you want to lose money and be sued do not hire Creditrepair.com.
I would have been better off dealing with this situation by myself.

Avoid at all costs! Do not use them, use one of their competitors. Any of their competitors, frankly. From the get-go, everything took forever to on-board. It took them two months to set up my account, even after badgering them about it (daily) for a month, via chat. In the 6 months that I used them, they removed but a single negative remark off of my credit. 1 out of the 20 (across the three major credit bureaus). Terrible execution on their part, from their membership correspondence to their ambiguously phrased chat responses. "We're sorry, we really are..." or "Bear with us, we are trying hard for you...: Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah... They removed ONE SINGLE NEGATIVE REMARK IN 6 MONTHS!!! I spent over $1K using them and they did virtually nothing for me. Save your money and go elsewhere or call the credit bureaus yourself, as ALL THEY DO is challenge negative remarks. Their service is pointless and costly. I'm absolutely positive you'll get some bureaucratic, bull crap answer from them below my review, but know this. THEY DON'T DO THEIR JOB AND THEY MAKE UP EXCUSES and their software barely functions. I complained to their IT department 10+ times and they still didn't fix it on the 6th month of service. Just rubbish!

I would recommend this service to anyone. I've been with them since April of last year and I see some progress.Not as fast as I would like but overall its worth the wait

When I called credit repair.com the lady was very patient,nice and did not rush also saved me money on my monthly payments and the call was not finished until I was happy with everything, I'm really glad I called and I'm finally getting the help I need to get my credit fixed, credit repair.com y'all the best
