Il faut compter 2 à 4 mois pour recevoir la commande, donc être patient. Articles venant des usa, donc oui il y a des frais de douane à s’acquitter.
Porte ma part j’ai adressé un mail aux 2 sociétés basées à Londres et dans l’Oregon aux usa. J’ai eu une réponse sous 3 semaines et bien reçu les articles introuvables en France.
Je conseille de rechercher aussi chez nos voisins européens qui n’ont pas la même règlementation que la France sur certains produits.

I have placed an order in August that hasn’t been delivered. It is now december and I still haven’t received anything. I have sent three messages without receiving a response. I have now asked again to get my money back. To me this is plain fraudulent behavior.

I ordered last month, several emails later I have still not received my order or a reply- disappointed with this company, very poor customer service.

They acknowledged my order for Southern AG Thuricide, a caterpillar killer, £30, them the product didn't arrive. They didn't answer the phone when I rang, they didn't answer my emails. This company is not reliable, no follow up other than the order acknowledgement and then the product never arrived. It is more than 3 months now... Royal Mail are saying they are still waiting for the product... I won't use this company again.

Paid£40 no reply to E Mails,no phone,no delivery.

Have previously used this company without a problem. However, something has changed, my recent order (like so many other people) has not been delivered and I am getting no response from the company.
Currently chasing a refund through my bank.

Scam! Took money, no receipt, no product. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

This is a scam,do not buy from them.
You won't see your stuff and they don't reply when asked for the money back.

Silly me, did not do a review of these scammers and paid the price.
£49 paid - recieved nothing.
Not even acknowledgment of order - nothing !

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Offers cheap prices but doubt I will ever receive the item. Website is filled with gibberish filler text and fake example contact details. As soon as the item was ordered I started receiving scam emails, clearly just sold off all my details immediately. Currently waiting to receive the item (if it even comes according to other people's experiences), but will be getting a bad review either way due to the scam emails.

The product arrived today (14th July), almost a month after I ordered the product. In fairness, it seems all ok, in original packaging and seal unbroken. Communication with the seller was nonexistent, and I am still receiving scam emails even now (albeit less frequently than immediately after ordering). The price was very cheap and the product arrived with (seemingly) no issues, but there was no real communication from the seller, the item took a long time to arrive, and I believe they sold contact information. If time isn't an issue and you're able to use fake details maybe this site is for you, but I can't say I recommend at all

Incorrect item received (considerably cheaper than contracted goods). No response from seller. On reviewing website, observed many entries on FAQ's orders etc... populated with gibberish. Phone numbers appear dubious - call directed to an individual's voice mail. I don't have much confidence of a satisfactory resolution but will update review should there be any developments.

Ordered item 25/5, £40 debited from my account 26/5. No email confirmation of order. Emailed a week later. No response. Will contact bank to get money refunded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I recently wrote a very poor review of this company. However the product has arrived almost 4 weeks after order. If they had replied to my email or texted to my phone to let me know there would be a delay it would have greatly improved the situation.

Ordered two weeks ago and still nothing. Contact form on webiste doesn't work, emailed and didn't hear back. Order is showing as "On Hold" with no explanation or communication. Nearly £60 later and nothing to see for it.

Never even received a confirmation email for my order let alone the thing I bought. The form on their website doesn't work for inquiries. I’m about to open a claim with my bank to get my money back.

Don’t use them. I ordered a product that did not arrive and no response

Didn't check company first. Paid £25 up front and that was that. No product, no response to emails.
