I attended 5 days program, which is basically just 4 days of recorded session and 5 th day dedicated advertising their 9999+ gst course. Moreover if u are having mental health issues i think the advises like meditate , relaxation, CBT would already be known to you or check out you tube for free.

Cromunity and 5 days course on anxiety is marvellous. One needs to attend it and it becomes so easy to start a new way to live life!
The customer service of cromunity is awesome, they are always ready for your help!
