Beware! We take your money and not deliver
Ordered 2 hoodies on 20/11.
After not hearing anything from them for a week I contacted customer support. It's now been another 2 days with no response.
Not sure what else to do apart assume the money is lost and I'm never going to receive the products.

Firstly, apologies for the delay in responding to your email. Due to the volume of emails, we are receiving it is taking longer than usual to respond.
You haven't left an order number against your review so I cannot investigate. I do know though that many parcels are delayed due to the Royal Mail strike and even though they have left our warehouse they seem to be stuck in transit.

Sub-standard quality fabrics
Terrible quality on the underwear. Feels extremely synthetic and harsh. Due to their policy, they do not accept returns on underwear. I understand their policy, but I am left with sub-standard quality underwear very disappointed. My advice is to stay away from them especially on the items which you cannot return. They will send you a low quality item and you will be stuck with them. I will not do any shopping from them and I would advise anyone not to do so as well..

Excellent quality as have crossover white sports type bag....goes in the washing machine, vinyl never cracks..stitching never a problems...and the bag is secondhand so not sure how old it is..possibly a few years
