I have purchased several items of furniture from Crown French Furniture and I cannot praise them highly enough. They keep you informed with regard to the status of your order and their inhouse delivery team are amazing. I shall continue to purchase furniture from them because they offer a service second to none.

I recently ordered a sideboard from this company delivery was as expected. The customer service was 2nd to none all the way through the process. Excellent company I would definitely recommend .My sideboard is exceptional quality and I absolutely love it

Would have been five stars if it hadn't been for the delivery times . . . . . . first offer was between 8pm and midnight (seriously) - which we couldn't manage, so had to settle for between 6am - 6:30am next morning - and they arrived around 7am. However delivery guys were very apologetic and helpful. Over the phone, customer service provided good service too - and we're delighted with the item of furniture.

This is a really nice company, with lovely product at very reasonable prices. They also have excellent customer service. We bought a bed and an armchair from them, and will be back for more. Accurate info from the chat on what is, and isn't in stock, and very prompt, free, white glove delivery when it is! Dealing with them is a pleasure.

I’ve purchased 3 large items from this company now. A Chest of Drawers, A Super King Sleigh Bed and a Super King Headboard.
Nothing is too much trouble for this Company. Crown French Furniture go out of their way to ensure that you purchase the right product for the look you're trying to achieve. If you’re lucky enough to live close to their showroom like we are, pop in, there is no hard sell, they have a small carpark to the rear of the building, so its easy to park up and browse their products.
If you don’t live close by, it’s still worth trying to go to the showroom. That way you can see the quality of the products they sell first hand.
All their staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the products they sell. If you purchase an item from Crown French Furniture, you are kept informed every step of the way. They are quick to answer the phone and prompt at getting back to you if they do not know the answer to your question.
They have their own delivery team, who are always helpful and polite. This is how a company should be run. I will be paying them another visit soon that’s for sure.

I bought a bed from Crown French Furniture about 7 years ago and made a mistake of choosing to upholster it with grey velvet of my choice. It happened so, that I rented my flat during Covid and my beautiful headboard got ruined. So, I called Tamer again and we decided that the best way to resolve it was to get a new rattan headboard in white, to match the rest of the bed. I ordered it, and when it arrived, it looked much better than the original velvet headboard. I am grateful for the advice and I am sure that this new headboard will last forever. Also, it was great to chat with Tamer who helped me with his professional and friendly advice. If I need another bed in the future, I would definitely go back and buy from them again!

Beautiful rattan shabby chic bed delivered this week. I waited 3 months as they are hand made in Egypt but I was made aware of timescales at the beginning. There was a delay with delivery from the port but I was kept up to date every step of the way. The shipment arrived this week & the team were there at the crack of dawn to unload & get the furniture delivered the same day. The lads were polite & efficient, put together my bed & then offered to unwrap my new mattress, place it on the bed & dispose of all the wrapping. Top service & I now have the most beautiful bed. Would definitely recommend 👌.

Excellent customer service from Tamer following a problem with my order. Tamer was very helpful and pleasant and resolved the matter to my satisfaction.
Communication was excellent at all times and the delivery drivers were very efficient and polite.

I'm very disappointed with Versailles French Curved bed that i've ordered in custom black. The paintwork quality is terrible-- uneven, many smares painted over and marks of touchups and paint drips. The ornate work is chipped in places and sprayed over dents and bumps.

The paint used such a low quality you can literally scratch it with your fingernail revealing antique white original color (!!). It smells horrid -- I’m sleeping in the spare bedroom for a second night now as it’s unbearable in the bedroom.

I actually have a few items of furniture from Rochelle Noir range that this online shop also offers (purchased elsewhere) and I wanted a matching bed which Versailles was supposed to fit well having similar ornate woodwork. I was reassured by Tamer that the quality of the bed & the paint would be “very similar”. Not even remotely close!! The bed frame construction is very cheap and basic and the workmanship is awful — very much an “axe work”, even the “slats” are just wooden planks lied in line unattached! The central slat was too long so had to be sawn to fit as well! Sides do not come flash and each side is attached by just a couple of screws. All in all, it might look good on a photo and I must say it does give a good impression if you don’t look closely (and don’t inhale the “odor”) but certainly it’s not something that should cost £1,000+!!

I ordered the Sophia upholstered bed from Crown French Furniture. I can't fault anything about the experience, the customer service was so attentive and the quality of the bed is amazing - the French style is getting harder to find these days so I'm so glad I found this company.

I’ve purchased a table and 8 chairs.
I supplied my own fabric at £200 and the table and chairs cost £1849,40

The chairs have paint drip marks all down the back and some on the front. They are chipped and sprayed over they table has chips and they have spray over dents and bumps. The ornate pieces have not been sprayed properly the legs are a different colour from the table.

I have sent over 15 pictures of the damage. The staff agreed that it was not acceptable after looking at the photos and would have the manger ring and he would arrange collection.

The manger called and said it’s not that bad (got to be kidding) although he wants to fix it. Therefore he must agree with his staff that it is not of acceptable quality. He refuses to refund because I used my own fabric.

They table and chairs look cheap and the workmanship is awful.
Purchased around 5/4/22 was told beginning of August delivery, It arrived 15/9/22

I have to now go through the bank to get my money back. Over 5 months I’ve waited for this product.

Poor quality poor customer service from the manager. I wish I would of read the reviews before purchasing from this awful company.

The call staff tried to help and are polite, the manager was unhelpful and tried to fob me off with we will fix it up. Not acceptable and not prepared to wait any longer.
Never would I buy anything again from this company.

I ordered the Sophia dining table in black from Crown French Furniture and had a few problems with table paintwork. The company bent over backwards to help and to fix the problem. Customer service from Szabina was first class, very quick responses and very good comunucation. Delivery team fantastic, very helpful and tidy and were eager to know I was happy with table as l had had a few problems. I cannot recommend this company more, beautiful furniture, excellent customer service and great delivery team. Would definitely recommend and would happily purchase from again.

Having paid £1025.00 for a Versaille French Curved Antique White Upholstered bed, I was disappointed that it arrived missing a piece. The company duly provided the missing piece, but after a few weeks the white paint began to fall off the bed. It was of extremely poor quality for such an expensive bed. When the replacement arrived, Crown French wanted to disassemble and remove the original bed, which my daughter was asleep in. As our house is in a remote farm area, I asked them to return when my husband was at home. In the meantime, the bed was disposed of. Crown French furniture, trading under a different name, have now issued a county court judgement against me to recover the costs. Disgraceful behaviour.

So pleased with the Crown French Furniture customer service. Tamer, was especially helpful in getting our new bed to us in time for our first B&B guests! The delivery people were also really helpful and pleasant. The bed is of excellent quality and looks amazing in the room. Thank you to everyone.

Excellent service through the shop to delivery and assembly where necessary. Old French style furniture looks beautiful in the showroom and the bedroom. Would highly recommend this company and the shop we visited in Long Eaton, Nottingham.
