Amazingly poor communication and not good in business Orientation 😢 Highly Disabled Company

I would not recommend working with this company based on my experience. Everything seemed fine at first, but once payment was made, the communication and professionalism declined significantly. Updates were extremely delayed—sometimes by months—and whenever I reached out for clarification, the responses were unhelpful or dismissive.

We were also promised a site visit with a potential client, but when I asked our agent for confirmation, I received no reply. I eventually contacted the architect directly and was told that a contractor had already been appointed two months earlier, which made the scheduled visit pointless. This left me feeling misled and very disappointed in how the situation was handled.

Overall, the lack of transparency and professionalism made the entire process a frustrating and costly experience. In my opinion, you would be better off investing your money elsewhere.

We contacted Crown Quotes to refurbish our bathroom. During the project, we were repeatedly harassed in person by the first set of builders who started the job, which led us to have to call the police and be afraid in our own house. We requested a switch to different builders to finish the job, as we didn't feel safe with them in our house anymore. This made the first set of builders even angrier and it escalated to a group of three builders camping outside of our flat building until late at night, ringing our doorbell, demanding payment and refusing to leave.

Our project manager seemed nice in the beginning, but ended up either forgetting about our project mid-way, not arranging things well, and causing us to get into issues with our building management when demolition trash was left outside on the sidewalk next to our building without our knowledge, which we were fined for.

It was an absolute disaster of a project and extremely unpleasant. The bathroom did get finished and it's nice, but it was not worth this experience. At the end of the project, our project manager blamed us for all the issues we had and the only consolation they sent us was a ridiculous 30% of code for a future project "if we wanted to refer them to friends or family" - what an absolute joke. We went with this company because the prices were very reasonable and the project manager seemed friendly - but we regretted ever having contacted this company.

It's not worth the cost saving - get yourself a decent company. Better yet, just work with the builders directly rather than using a middle man like this company.

Very disappointing experience with these guys and our bathrooms. Dishonest and left us needing to find new plumbers/builders

Contacted them to quote for a bathroom refurbishment (Removing bath to either shower or wetroom), communication was instant and came to flat to quote, "Sid" is very knowledgable, and provided me with some opinions/options, throughout the job any query or decision they had to make it was consulted to me, crew was very professional, organized, on time, customer service was great and they listened to my needs and wants, bathroom looks lovely now, would totally recommend them for any job!

Bala fencing did a very professional job replacing a wall which had collapsed in the recent storm. I was extremely pleased with the completed work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
