The job didn’t go to plan for us. Delays and not the best finish. Only time will tell how it fairs up with the winter then summer for us.

I am sorry that you experienced a delay, as explained your original fitter was unwell. We were able to send another fitter to have everything completed as per original schedule to ensure no impact on other trades.
I have looked into the records and can see our Project Manager has been in touch prior to this review to answer your questions but do not believe a response has been received.

1st Class service throughout
From entering the premises to the installation of our door, all staff were friendly and I was made to feel that my business was appreciated. The quality of the service and product was 1st class. The choice of product was extensive and catered for all tastes. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

An excellent all round experience
Very impressed by Crown. From initial enquiry to completion of installation, simple straightforward and properly explained in laymans terms.
We were treated extremely courteously at all times.
The installation was carried out well, with a clean and tidy approach by an experienced and polite engineer (thanks Dave).
The product , a composite door , looks great and appears to function beautifully after a slight initial 'hiccup' with the tumbler lock during installation the was quickly resolved.
All in all , a great experience and time will hopefully add to this. There is a decent guarantee to back it all up.

Installation of windows & doors
The experience from start to finish really was impeccable from the initial visit to showroom, discussions with Don, pricing and installation. We received a very competetive quotation for the works and Adam & Tom spent the extra effort on the details minimising the trimming and framing of the windows to the dormers. The weather was poor at the time of installation but they cracked on finished a large installation within the week. I would highly recommend them. We are really dellighted with the result.

We were very impressed with Crown. Pricing, timing and the process of fitting across a week was all very professional and Darren, Joe and Jack were great. Would definitely recommend talking to Crown. We are a bit off their usual patch but they were keen to quote against more local suppliers.

New windows and doors
I had new windows and doors fitted in Aug of this year. The installation team were quick, polite and caused minimal disruption. a few windows were incorrect however, these were replaced very promptly and they, together with a final adjustment of our patio door completed everything,
Full Marks to Crown for a job well done and making the customer happy.
