Cruise Azure Parking Reviews 

Easy peasy. All happens has stated in the blurb. We we left from Mayflower dock and arrived at ocean dock, our car was waiting for us closer than rival operators. And yes I'll use them again with the 20% discount applied to our account.

Easy access to Terminal and friendly and efficient service from Azure Parking.

Exceptional service. The guy told me what would happen when i gave him my key he gave me a ticket and exactly what he said happened.
No hanging around which is just what you need when coming home from a holiday.

Once again a fantastic service at a very reasonableprice-, we were met by a courteous, polite gentleman who assured us our car would be in safe hands, no queuing when leaving our car or collecting it - a quick efficient service ,we shall definitely be using them again.

Returning from our cruise on 7th June we were alarmed to discover that our car was not waiting for us in the designated place at the cruise terminal. We were subsequently driven to their compound which is an old car dealership in a very run down area of Southampton to find that our rear windscreen had been completely smashed during the riots that had taken place in the adjacent street on the 2nd June.
We were given a piece of paper with a crime number and told to get on our way.
When I had the rear windscreen replaced I discovered that there was additional damage to my sunroof requiring it to be replaced.
I contacted Azure to claim the cost of replacing the sunroof which was over £1,000 but they said that as the damage hadn't been pointed out at the time I collected the vehicle they could not accept responsibility. Even if they had accepted responsibility for the damage their terms and conditions rule out compensation for ANY type of damage or loss.Furthermore their advertised £2m Public Liability Insurance doesn't cover them for this type of damage or loss.

We have used these a couple of times maybe more and they are excellent meet and great

First time with Cruise Azure and I am very impressed. Very efficient and friendly service. The communication and instructions certainly outdo CPS. I used the premium service and it was excellent. Will certainly book with them again.

From start to finish the process was easy and efficient. We dropped our car and only had a five minute walk to the ship. When disembarking our car was waiting again just a short walk from the ship. Staff were polite and helpful.
