I always use these guys for cruise parking. Great service, never a problem. Efficient, friendly and reliable.

Fantastic company to deal with. It’s an easy and convenient drop off. Very friendly staff we thought we were going to miss our time slot so called to let them know and was told don’t panic just get here safely which helped calm the nerves dealing with boat week. We have booked again for next year

Very disappointing experience. They came across very professional throughout the booking process. However, the experience on our return was very different. Having booked Premium Meet & Greet, sadly our car was not there. We were told there were 4 cars to be moved back to the pick-up zone and unfortunately one of these was our car. This meant we had to wait for the vehicle to arrive, having been assured it would be there ready for us. In my opinion the drivers and staff were quite scruffy in their appearance, not like the staff you usually meet when using Premium Meet & Greet services. I have never experienced such poor service and such rude staff. We were met with the most sullen, unfriendly and arrogant staff. There is no covered area to wait if the weather is bad. No apology for our vehicle not being there at the time we expected to drive it away. If you’re looking for a true Premium Meet & Greet then this is probably not the choice for you.

Having just spoken to Cruise Azure Parking to try to resolve this matter in a civil way; a gentleman claiming to be their Director has just sworn at me over the telephone, called me various names which I cannot repeat. I am left feeling bullied, threatened and intimidated through my dealings with this organisation. My review is a true reflection of my dealings and how they have dealt with me. My experience has been poor, but to the reader yours may be different.

Our car was waiting for us when we arrived at the car park, all de-iced & warm inside as it was -2 degrees when we returned from holiday. Would not hesitate to use this company again, excellent service.

Great experience with using Cruise Azure on our first cruise, now rebooking as the operation at Southampton was very efficient and professional and really made a potential stressful start to the cruise a pleasurable one

This was the second time I had used this service and I would have no hesitation in booking again. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the ship from the short stay car park. Someone was waiting to take my car away when I arrived and took photos as I did in case of any damage whilst with them. I rang just before leaving the ship and the car was ready for me.

I was worried about handing over the keys to a brand new luxury car, but everything went perfectly. The car was returned in perfect condition and the service could not have gone smoother. The drop off point is the short term car parking right next to the cruise terminal which is very convenient and the staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

A very reliable service, had a courtesy phone call whilst driving to the cruise terminal, was informed there was a heavy flow of traffic to Southampton because five ships were in that day. Found the big blue flag and representative, no trouble, very efficient and polite, same on return, even though we came into a different terminal, the car was there ready for handover. Would thoroughly recommend Azure car parking 100%! Well done!

I dropped the car off at the designated time and was met by a member of staff who took photos of the car and the handover was easy. On return the process was just as easy, very efficient and will certainly use them again!
