Wrong EA App Code / Refund Request

I purchased an Apex Legends Apex Coins code from your store that was advertised for EA App PC.
Order ID dfba0fbf-21cc-4f0d-97fc-9970b409be14
Your own redemption instructions clearly state that the code should be redeemed through the EA App or EA account redemption page. However, the code you provided is a 25-character Microsoft/Xbox-style code and it does not work on EA Redeem or in the EA App.
Because the product does not match the advertised platform and cannot be redeemed as instructed, I request a full refund immediately or a correct EA App PC replacement code.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
