Cyptorefill Scam: Invalid Digital Code and No Support
I bought a $25 Xbox gift card from these scammers. When I tried to redeem it, I got a message that the code had already been activated. I contacted their support (request (52532)) for clarification; they asked me to provide screenshots confirming that the code was invalid. I sent them that, and then I received a response saying the code was valid. But you know what’s funniest? I recorded the entire process of purchasing the code and redeeming it from start to finish and sent them this video, proving that the code didn’t work from the very moment of purchase. And do you know what they replied? Nothing. They didn’t reply at all. Under no circumstances buy anything from the cyptorefill website—it’s just another scam in the internet.

I strongly warn others: do NOT trust this site. Their refund policy is fake, and their customer service is practically non-existent
I paid $10 on this website to purchase a card, but after completing the payment, I discovered that the card had issues and did not work as expected.
I contacted their support and requested a refund, but instead of returning the full amount, they only refunded $1 — keeping $9 without any valid reason.
This is nothing but theft and scam. They took most of my money and refused to explain or resolve the issue properly.

The order was successfully delivered, but due to a region-related issue, we processed a refund to avoid causing further frustration.
Since the refund was made via the Tron network, a relatively high fee was unfortunately deducted and this is something that is beyond our control, as Tron transactions are handled through a third-party payment processor. This also means we’re not able to manually adjust the refunded amount.
That said, we fully understand the frustration this may cause. To make up for this, we’ve provided you with a coupon code to cover the fee difference and offered you an alternative solution as well.
We’re currently awaiting your response via email so we can proceed accordingly.
Please know that we’re actively working on a long-term solution to minimize Tron transaction fees and prevent similar issues in the future.
